“Could have been so much better!”
+The location is good and it seems the owner is taking advantage of this to skimp on everything else. This is a room in a larger apartment; the living room is lovely, with antique furniture, but not really a place where one would hang-out.
−The kitchen seems like a garage sale of appliances; however, nothing works! Multiple coffee machines but no coffee or coffee filters, not even instant coffee! The bedroom only has a bed, TV, and a cupboard falling apart and dirty on the inside. The windows cannot be closed and the window AC unit is so loud you can only turn it on when you leave the room. The sheets were stained, thin, and ratty and the "king size" bed is actually two twin beds pushed together (and one can feel the gap in the middle!). The blanket has probably not been washed in a while. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or hair-dryer in the bathroom. And worst of all: the fine print (if it was there) apparently said that there would be a $100 charge for arrivals after 5pm. And all you get is an e-mail around 4pm saying your stay will be $100 more if you don't get there ASAP. Sorry, but this is ridiculous. In sum, this property owner, with a little effort and care, could offer a much better stay.

“Awful, would never book here again.”

−I wasn't told that I would be sharing an apartment with complete strangers, I was told my bathroom would be private but that was nothing for the sort. Furthermore, I paid to have kitchen appliances and yet absolutely nothing in the apartment worked. The oven didn't work, the microwave didn't heat up anything and while the stove was functional, there were no pots and pans to use. I'm convinced this place is subletting, especially given the instructions to only enter from the garage. Coming to the room, the entire place was dusty and smelled of mold and must. The beds were dirty, leaving black residue on your fingerprints when you pressed on them. Meanwhile, the air conditioner in the room kept making incredibly loud creaking noises that made me think it would fall on my head at night.

“Decepcionante”

−Aluguei um quarto que dizia ter ar condicionado. O ar não estava funcionando (mesmo colocando em 17 graus). Trata-se de um quarto privativo dentro de um apartamento. A fechadura do quarto estava danificada, gerando inconvenientes para fechar. Pia do banheiro entupida, muitas formigas e o elevador (velho) parou de funcionar em um dos dias. O anfitrião (Sebastian) simplesmente não resolveu nenhum problema relatado, e ainda foi grosseiro, usando de má fé…Solicitei a devolução proporcional do valor pago 2 dias antes de acabar a estadia, para me hospedar em algum lugar adequado, e ele me deu as orientações de checkout sugerindo que iria devolver, contudo o Booking avisou que ele não devolveria. Ou seja, eu iria sair, ele alugaria para outra pessoa e não me devolveria o recurso.

+Muito bem localizado. O apartamento é grande e a suíte era bem espaçosa com banheiro muito bom. Um diferencial que eu gostei foi que tinha muitos cabides, duas réguas de tomada, toalhas, travesseiros e cobertor extras. Bem privativo. Muito bom!

−Es un apartamento compartido con más personas y eso no lo dice la publicación, las sábanas no olían bien, además si se recogían las llaves después de las 5pm cobraban 100 reales, eso tampoco lo decía la publicación
