+Great location with a beautiful view; the staff were friendly and accommodating. They waited for me on the day of arrival, as my flight landed after the standard check-in time.
−The room was very small, but if you live alone, there is enough space.

−WiFi in the cabins was slow. But it was good in the cafe to hang out and work.

−I booked my stay 1 1/2 months in advance and recieved a confirmation from the hostel through booking.com. The day before my stay i recieved an email informing me about checkin procedures and wifi password etc. However when I arrived at the hostel they could not find my booking. I sat down and had dinner while waiting. After 2 hours the staff informed med that they had no rooms available. I was not offered any help to find alternative accommodation, no compensation and no apology. Luckily I had the option to stay with friends. I was told to come back the following day, and I recieved my room. The room and common areas were fine but I found it very expensive for what it was.

“グリーランドの大自然を満喫できる首都ヌークから近いホステル滞在”
+目の前にグリーランドの雄大な海を臨む素敵なホステル。のんびりと自然に囲まれ過ごすにはこの上なく恵まれた環境です。レストランでの食事も美味しく、私は１泊のみでしたが連泊してアクティビティを楽しんだ方がよかったかもしれません。
−ヌーク中心部からは少し離れているので今回私は往復ともタクシーを利用しましたが、近くまでくるバスのルートや時刻が解っていればもう少し安価に来れました。しっかり下調べをすることをお勧めします。

“Smuk udsigt , god café,smilende personale , bolig slidt og trænger til udbedring”
+Udsigten og omgivelserne er fantastiske, omend lidt langt fra byen. Dejlig café, som dog manglede at opdatere åbningstider. Dejlig mad og fin søndagsbrunch
−Værelserne var ikke ordentlig rengjorte. Støv under seng og i skuffer og badeværelse ( gamle plastre lå der i 3 dage)Ydredøren kunne ikke lukke, stod og smækkede om natten. Hoveddørens lås var i stykker. Blev ikke lavet , selvom flere gæster gjorde opmærksom på det. Næsten ingen plads til baggage ( kun under sengen). Døren ind til værelset var meget svær at åbne.

−Staff senza alcuna esperienza: all'arrivo, sotto la pioggia, non hanno neanche saputo indicarci in quale dei quattro hut eravamo. Sono indicati con dei nomi inuit scolpiti su una pietra grigia piazzata anche un po' lontano da ogni hut. All'interno, loculi in cui stanno due brandine, ma neppure uno zainetto Ryanair. La porta è di truciolato supersottile
