“Good price for the location but struggled with noise and cleanliness of showers and toilet areas”
+Good location, very affordable.
−The hostel was very loud and it was difficult to escape the noise when you need to be up early for treks or tours. Toilets and shower blocks were shared by all so lacked cleanliness.

“Good, but needs a tiny upgrade”
+The hostel is nice, and the double room very nice, the breakfast is good and the location too. Staff was nice and helpful.
−I had some issues sleeping, due to polyester sheets and 2x polyester blankets, and experienced a lot of electricity in the bed due to the altitude and dry air. It was not the best night.. I slept like shit because every time I was moving there were sparkles of electricity. (I was already for some days in Puno in higher altitude and slept well, so altitude was not the reason that I slept bad). If the hostel would spend some money on cotton sheets it would have made the experience better, and it could go from a 7/10 to a 10/10..

+Location a few blocks from the main square. Social but would quieten down at a reasonable hour for the many early morning tours in the area.
−Lack of curtains on beds for privacy and to protect sleep. The hot water was a little hit or miss, either amazing or freezing cold.

“Home away from home”
+The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive during my stay. Shaddia, Sheila, Maria, and Kika are the dream team and run a phenomenal hostel. There’s a communal atmosphere and it’s easy to connect with other guests especially with the free activities at the hostel, but you can also find space to yourself if that’s what you desire. The bathrooms are clean, the water is hot, and in case something goes wrong with the bathrooms, reception is always open to help. The fries at the bar are really good and they sell really good brownies at reception that are made by a local baker. I really enjoyed my stay. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Veřejné koupelny hezké a čisté.
−Oproti jiným ubytováním menší snídaně a sprcha po check-in (out) za příplatek.
