“Perfect place to stay in Puno”
+A great little place to stay in Puno for a few nights. my room was very clean and comfortable, perfect for my needs. It's just a couple of minutes' walk to the main square, cathedral and shopping street. They were nice enough to store my backpack for me for 6 days while I visited Isla Taquile, and I returned for a few more nights afterwards.

+José was very helpful: he offered to take us to the meeting point for our tour, and was there the following morning to bring our bags down 2 flights when we were leaving at 5.20am.
−It is ultra basic. Only a cold tap in the basin, and no actual water on our 2nd night. That meant that tho there was hit water, it was dangerously hot to take a shower. You can hear a lot from other rooms, and the trigger lights in the corridor (advertised as a terrace) illuminate the "window" into the bedrooms so you can't control the light in your room. There is nowhere to put anything in the bathroom and the towel provided was only slightly bigger than a hand towel. Jose is sweet but we felt he could have offered us a bottle of water to wash hands and clean teeth instead of charging for it when there was no cold water at the hostel.

“Amazing hosts, comfortable and fair priced - definitely recommend!”
+The room was small and the facility is simple, it's a family-owned house, but had all that was needed, comfortable bed, good warm blankets, space for storage, clean, great shower (perfect pressure and hot water) and it had the most beautiful view to the sunrise at Lake Titicaca. The highlight of this place is actually the owners, they're the nicest hosts I've met during my whole stay in Peru. They picked me up from the bus station at no cost, helped me book the tour for the best price, helped me with any questions I had, hold my luggage while I traveled for a couple of days and even let me stay in the room for a couple of hours when I got back while I waited for my overnight bus. They also were super fair and charge the real exchange rate when converting from USD to Soles (some places add kinda of an unfair commission fee to their exchange rate). As a woman traveling solo I'm very grateful, they made me feel like home and safe, knowing that I could count on them for anything I need.
−Nothing really. My only suggestion would be to provide soap in the bathroom and maybe a hairdryer.

+Las vistas al lago desde la habitación. Lugar humilde pero muy cerca de la plaza central. Me atendieron de forma muy amable. Todo limpio y correcto.

“Très belle vue”
+L'emplacement est très bien, à 5min a pied du centre dans une ruelle calme. La vue de la chambre sur les toits de la ville et le lac Titicaca est magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner est très correct : pain, beurre, avocat, jambon, jus, thé/café. La douche est chaude. Le gérant est très disponible et attentif à vous aider.
−Le sol de la chambre était collant. Il n'y a pas de rideaux occultant donc vous vous réveillez avec le soleil.
