“Dirty towels & toilet brush. Bin not emptied and a courtyard full of dog poo... gross! No warm water”
+Good size room. Own kitchen and coffee maker. Not a lot too like unfortunately, really doing my best to find some positive notes.
−We are very disappointed to say the least. Not only did we not have warm water. The owner indicated that this sometimes happens, so this is not a new issue. And he would get someone to fix it in the afternoon... Which is after check out. He didn't even bother to come and tell us in person. The worst thing about this place unfortunately is the cleanliness inside and also on the courtyard. The latter being full of dog poo. When you walk in the room for a bit your feet are black. Dirty towels in the kitchen. Dirty toilet brush, bins not emptied....It is actually kind of gross. Just have a look at the pictures and decide if you want to stay here.

−This was my worst experience ever on this app. The place is basically a scam They claim they have a private bathroom, and it is not private, it s outside the room and at 5 am there were people using it and when i knocked they yelled. The door to the place isn t even a door, it has a glass window and people can see inside. At 5 am people were yelling. The place hasn t been cleaned in years, with spider webs on the walls. I wonder if they even change sheets. There were no towels, except in the bathroom (that was to use to other people) so i refused to use. The toilet was broken The host told me we couldn t open windows because their own dog would jump in and was dangerous. The check in was tragic, no one replied until the 3rd time i called, then they rudely gave me indications to do a self check in. The place is invaded by mosquitoes And at 5 am there was light because we were definetely not alone.

−Non avendo usufruito della camera non possiamo dire nulla. Invece possiamo dire che non ci é piaciuto la maleducazione e la cafonaggine e la zero disponibilita del proprietario.

“Für ein oder zwei Nächte OK.”
+Großes Zimmer mit großem Bett und einem üppigen Schrank. Eine Mikrowelle zum Aufwärmen von Speisen ist in jedem Zimmer vorhanden. Eine Regendusche gibt es im Gemeinschaftsbaf.
−Hellhöriges Zimmer, kein Vorhang oder Plissee zum verdunkeln. Direkt an der Bahnstrecke Avezzano - Sulmona - Pescara gelegen und die Autobahn ist auch hörbar. Keine Fliegengitter. I'm Badezimmer sind das BD und die Toilettenpapierhalterung locker

−arrivati alle 19 non sapevano se avessimo dormito poiché il proprietario non ci aveva dato nessuna direttiva,e non rispondeva al telefono il tutto sotto un acquazzone! ,dopo mezz'ora ci ha risposto .. dandoci la password per accedere alla struttura..male male

+Ludovico è un host molto gentile e a modo, un ragazzo che gestisce il B&B che si è reso subito molto disponibile. La stanza è particolare, ha mobili antichi, il letto è comodo e ci ha lasciato anche il caffè in camera. La posizione è centrale per arrivare ad Aielli stazione (bassa) in pochi minuti a piedi e pochi minuti di auto per Aielli alta, ne vale la pena visitarle!
−Ludovico ci ha avvisato sul momento, ma non era chiaro da Booking che il bagno fosse condiviso per la nostra stanza - una volta prenotato è possibile capirlo dalla descrizione, ma io non me ne ero accorta. In ogni caso Ludovico passa a pulire, ma erano presenti prodotti di pulizia disponibili per poterli usare. Non è facilissimo parcheggiare, ci sono dei posti su strada, ma quando si arriva non è intuitivo. Ludovico ci ha dato dei consigli nel parcheggiare più su sulla strada. Non c'è un frigo disponibile nella stanza al piano superiore, infatti non è riportato in descrizione, ma lo scrivo se fosse utile per chi come me non ci fa caso subito. In generale, il B&B non è male, ma il rapporto prezzo/offerta non è bilanciatissimo sulla base della mia esperienza tra vari soggiorni.

“Decisamente da migliorare.”
−Senza vena denigratoria, vorrei consigliare al gestore di fornire, sul sito di prenotazione, informazioni più dettagliate sul bagno comune e sulla difficoltà di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Un solo bagno per 4 stanze rende imbarazzante le normali attività di igiene di ciascuno sapendo che altri sono in attesa. Consiglio anche di smussare l'angolo della mensola di legno della stanza 1 perché dovendo andare in bagno, soprattutto di notte si rischia di battere la testa. Infine, una regolata alle porte, fanno un rumore molesto sia la notte che al mattino presto. Buona fortuna.

+La. Vista sulla vallata, anche se dall altra parte della strada c e' la ferrovia che cmq in tt il giorno sono passati 2 treni che non.m hanno dato nessun fastidio
−Il bagno in comune, che sinceramente nella.presentazione su booking non ho visto , pero' mi e' stato detto che invece le altre persone avevano capito (probabilmente e' stata una mia svista); la biancheria che.non era stirata, nell insieme diciamo.che dato il prezzo non voglio essere troppo selettiva.. un consiglio svecchierei le camere e la biancheria . Alla domanda se la struttura ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative ho risposto di.no x essere coerente con quello che ho dichiarato
