“Good when you have no other option as the other accommodations were fully booked.”
+24 Hours Front Office as I came really late only for stayover.
−The bed is too soft and got a backpain the day after. There is no window made me feeling cramped and suffocated. So, there is no fresh air as the room has a very strong of cigarettes odour. Very dark and lightning is insufficient so it would be really hard to read. The towel is way too small and felt like a rug more like a hand towel instead. Luckily I brougt my own. The breakfast is abysmal and the dining area has ciggies smell. Cannot imagine to have a breakfast in the room full of smokes. Street foods are much better.

“Pleasant”
+The room was spacious, the second day was good breakfast. The staff was nice.
−People could smoke inside so this ugly smell was everywhere in the building. The bed had some strange sheet on its so it made us scratching quite often.

“Exceptional”
+Everything perfect.very big room, good internet, very clean hotel and rooms.bed very very confortable and huge.never had a bed so large . Thebreakfast is very simple but good .it s only indonesian food. The staff propose to clean your room every day on demand.
−IN The commons areas many people smoke and the smoke enters in the room where it s forbidden smoking!it s a pity.they have to forbid smoking in all the structure. The location is very noisy and the windows are not sound proof.put ear wax and you will sleep!

“Disappointed”
+The staff was friendly
−Because me and my girlfriend were not married, we coudn't stay in 1 room. We had to book another room because of this. Yet it was ok to sleep in 1 room. But book for 2. Weird if you ask me. If that information is in the title maybe it's more clear.

+吃的好吃
−1. Pertama masuk k kamar mandi tercoum aroma bau. 2. Tempat tidur spreinya aroma bau apek, seperti jemuran yg gk blon kering 3. Tidak disediakan remot AC, sehingga gk bs atur suhu. 4. Tidak dsediakan tissue juga. 5. Selinutny buat tempat tidur size double terlalu kecil, seharusny d sediakn 2 buah selimut. 6. Wifi ny jam 7 pagi sudah d matikan. 7. Lampu buat tidur gk ada, klo d matikan yg tempat tidur lampu kamar mandinya terlalu terang menyolok mata. Seharusny dinding kamar mandiny agak teduh jd bs nyaman tidur. 8. Suara kipas kamar mandi yg kenceng bikin tidur gk nyenyak juga. 9. Area sarapanny bau roko karena semua tamu meroko d tempat itu bikin kesan sarapan gk enak. 10. Kamar tidak ada jendela dan tangga darurat. Semoga apa yg saya keluhkan, pihak hotel lebih diperhatikan lagi.🙏🙏🙏🙏
