“Great potential ruined by bad cleanliness, broken amenities, and total disregard for guests.”
+The location was reasonable, but having a car is definitely essential to get anywhere. The nearest beach is a 10-15 minute walk, and you definitely need a car to get to the main town area. However, the hotel itself was beautiful, and the room was spacious, mostly clean, and comfortable. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
−Unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined by terrible service, lack of cleanliness, misleading amenities, and total disrespect. To start, while the room appeared clean at first glance, if you look closely in hidden spots, the standards are far below acceptable,there was actual dried feces on the hinges behind the toilet seat cover. Additionally, the refrigerator in our room was not working on the first day, and we had to specifically call the staff to come and fix it. The worst part of our stay was the hot tub, which was meant to be the highlight of our trip and the main reason we spent a lot of money to book this room. Throughout most of our stay, the water was completely cold. When we complained to the reception, one of the female staff members gave us endless excuses,claiming "it just takes time to heat up," yet each time providing a completely different timeframe, proving she was either entirely clueless or simply making things up. Furthermore, this same staff member constantly gave us dirty looks whenever we walked by. Additionally, they have a pool table on the property, but it is completely crooked and unplayable because the balls just roll from side to side on the

“Excellent service”
+The hotel was a lovely size. The pool was wonderful. The service was excellent. The breakfast was amazing
−The only evening food available (post 17:00) was fine dining. There was a shuttle into town but the last one was at 6:30 going into town and earlier back.

“Lovely jewel off Cefalu”
+New facility, beautiful sarrounding landscape and rooms. Very friendly staff.

“Hôtel agréable”
+L'hôtel est joli, propre et raffiné. Le fait qu'il ne soit pas très grand crée une ambiance intime et chaleureuse. Le personnel est bienveillant et très aimable. L'accès à la plage est pratique ; 6/7 minutes à pieds. Les chambres sont dotées d'une terrasse spacieuse et confortable.
−- L'hôtel est situé à proximité d'une entreprise de construction en bâtiment et d'une ligne ferroviaire; ce qui peut être bruyant. - Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, limitées en rangement et il n'y a pas de séparation entre la salle de bain et le coin nuit. - Le matériel de sport mériterait un petit peu plus d'entretien.

“Hervorragend”
+Ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel 5 Autominuten außerhalb von Cefalù. Restaurant mit Überraschungsmenüs lohnt definitiv einen Besuch. Service, Zimmer, Frühstück sehr gut.

“Mooie plek, jammer van de herrie”
+Mooi resort met mooie kamers. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, het barpersoneel doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken.
−Net buiten de locatie staat een cementfabriek die 24 per dag draait, ook in het weekend. Vervelende herrie hoor je de hele dag. Ook de trein komt regelmatig langs het resort, ook dat geeft wat overlast

“ACHTUNG - nur IN sich schick !!!”
+Die Anlage in sich war sehr schön. Alles neu und sehr modern.
−Die Anlage liegt direkt unterhalb einer riesengroßen Fabrik und seitlich der Anlage ist eine weitere Fabrik. Außerdem führt direkt ( und ich meine wirklich DIREKT) an den letzten oberen Bungalows eine Zugstrecke entlang. Alles in allem ist der Geräuschpegel leider laut und trägt nicht zur Erholung bei. Auch am Pool hat man daher ständig die Fabrik- und Zugstreckengeräusche. Nur am Wochenende nicht. Die Züge allerdings ständig und durchgängig. Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer 302 "mit Meerblick". Wenn man sich im Zimmer gestreckt hat, konnte man das Meer sehen. Leider wurde auch auf der Terrasse der Meerblick durch die vor Blicken schützende Hecke komplett versperrt. Die Sonnenliegen am Pool haben superbequeme dicke Auflagen, die jedoch Tag und Nacht und bei Regen draußen liegen bleiben. Wenn es nachts regnet und tagsüber die Sonne wieder scheint, hat man leider keine Chance, die Sonne und Pool zu genießen, denn die Auflagen sind klatschnass und trockene Austauschauflagen gibt es nicht. Das Frühstück ist nur okay und nach 4 Nächten und nie wechselnden Zutaten konnten wir es nicht mehr sehen, da die Auswahl wertig aber sehr gering ist. Strand gibt es leider keinen und Cefalu ist nur mit

“Bon restaurant”
+Très bel hotel. Très bon restaurant . Environ a 15 minutes en voiture de cefalu.
−Les extérieurs de l hotel n’ont aucun intérêt , pas d endroit où se promener à pied La seconde nuit fut difficile car des gens ont eu une discussion animée jusqu à 3 h 40 du matin
