“The host is a very kind, caring and generous woman.”
+Quietness
−That the bathroom does not close. Bad sheets look worn out, I expected something better for such price.

+NOTHING!
−False Confirmation . Travelled Far, No Place to Stay. Disappointing experience! After traveling 450kms, I arrived in town and called for directions to the guesthouse only to be told they were fully booked, despite receiving a confirmation email. Poor communication.

“Overall stay was really good”
+Most facilities provided were in good condition, except the air conditioning, which was not cool enough
−Should replace the air conditioner in the room and provide one in the living area as the region has mostly hot to very hot weather conditions and one has only to survive in places of stay, if not out for meetings. I would also suggest that the accommodation provides first night coffee, tea, etc - good for guests arriving late and shops are closed.
