+I was really happy with this booking. The check-in and check-out was really frictionless, and in general, the code-based system is implemented well here. The location was great, and the interior was tastefully minimalistic, modern and had everything I needed. The host was also happy to accommodate my relatively early arrival by letting me store my luggage in the common area while the room was being prepared.
−One minor aspect was that my apartment had only one small window into the courtyard, which made it a little dim at times.

“Had a good stay, people were great. Walking distance to everything.”
+Location was great, very spacious room, comfortable bed. Person looking after us was great, extremely helpful.
−There was no outside window which made it a bit strange. Also had problems charging the phones, seemed like an outlet would only work for a while then had to change phones to another outlet.

“Good apartment but with smell that need to be corrected.”

−The property bathroom smells. Even with the bathroom fan 24/7 on it still smells, Not good.

+space was large , room to move around and store our luggage . seemed to be recently renovated . close to the metro station . owner was very welcoming and great to communicate with before and during our stay .
−there is a bad odour coming from the bathroom , possibly sewage ? walls are thin , we could hear everybody in the complex talking outside , squeaking or slamming doors etc. rough sleep with that noise

+The staff was very hospitable and helpful throughout. The property is in a good location, near shopping, a major train station, and tourist attractions without being too in the mix.

+Posizionato nel centro storico, comodissimo x raggiungere a piedi i maggiori punti di interesse. Lontano dal traffico, accogliente e silenzioso.l’host è stato sempre attento alle ns esigenze e sempre efficace nelle risposte.

+La situación céntrica, el colchón de la cama grande y la exquisita atención de Manuela.
−Es oscuro, sin apenas ventilación y bastante ruidoso. Tiene una sola ventana estrecha que da a un patio interior. La segunda cama es plegable y no apta para adultos.

+Cerca de lo importante para visitar, con pequeña cocina, el wifi funcionaba bien, camas y almohadas cómodas, aire a condicionado bueno, limpieza correcta, dueño amable.
−No había ningún tipo de cobertura dentro de la habitación, el acceso a la misma es complicado (aunque en la web ya indican que hay que subir escaleras, no sabíamos lo empinadas que iban a ser), en el baño olía mucho a tubería, suponemos que es por el edificio, no por falta de limpieza del alojamiento en sí. El acceso a la calle en la que está el alojamiento nos generó inseguridad, aunque esa zona de Nápoles daba esa sensación en muchas de sus calles. Mucho ruido de los vecinos, y perro ladrando por la noche.

“Enorme manque de réactivité”
+Le logement est proche du métro et du port.
−Malgré plusieurs message nous sommes arrivés à 7h30pm donc bien après l'heure du début du check in et nous n'avions toujours pas les codes pour accéder au logement. Nous avons du chercher pour avoir de l'internet et attendre pratiquement 1h pour recevoir les codes. Pas cool surtout après un long voyage de plus de 27h pour nous !!!!!!
