“I would not stay here again. The road noise combined with the attitude is the only reason.”
+The bed spread and bed was very comfortable.
−The street noise was loud. The bathroom was flimsy and broken holder for the hand held shower. The shower was broken and a loose piece was just placed on the shelf. The pillows were very full and did not compress. The coffee bar did not have a to go cup option. The directions to enter the building were missing and I had to text the property owner to find the details. I sent screen shot and the response was argumentative and indicated annoyance.

“Down at the heels-very unique place but needs updating and road noise reduction.”

“It was disappointing”
−It was noisy, even with the ear plugs. There were cars and motorcycles racing up and down the main drag. The shower was broken and the room was stuffy and no control for cooling it off. The fan was inadequate. The paths at night were a trip hazard and uneven bricks and there was the step treads were loose and cumbersome to maneuver. We felt unsafe leaving our car in the parking lot and there appeared evidence of a homeless person staying under the arbor. And literally unless you know what it means to “Yale” your hand it was not easy to follow the instructions for entry without Google assistance.

“Holy cow the shower was amazing”
+It was an easy check-in check out didn’t have to talk to anyone. The location was excellent. We really enjoyed going to Henry’s but that’s only for 21 and up.

“Cute historical place but not for us. Something different but I guess I prefer Hotel stays.”
+Location was good as close to stadium and coffee
−Room was so hot. No way to get cool. Could hear when others come in and out. Bed was comfortable but was 2 twins together so always shifted to the middle. Bathroom flooded at night with rain, had to use towel to sop up water and quiet the noise of water dripping.

+The house was beautiful and exactly the way it was described. The location was great.
−We stayed in the Henry Lawton room. The king size bed was 2 different mattresses put together. My wife & I kept falling in between the mattresses. There was an exit door across from the bathroom with a green exit sign that was very bright. Should have had some type of curtain to block out the light.

+It was a lovely place to stay. Like a help yourself bed and breakfast. It was a very interesting property, not like a normal hotel.
