+The second property was ok
−The first caravan is ok but the access was ridiculous my auntie uses a walking stick we had to walk around d a building step over a wall to get to the caravan. When I booked the pictures should a caravan with a veranda on arrival it had a small unstable set of stairs which I had problems getting my auntie up. I didn't trust that they were safe so asked to be moved which was done by a very nice lady. I would not book again as you dont know what your going to get. My auntie has a terminal illness it was supposed to be a break away that didn't start off well. Also only having an hour window for check in is ridiculous and at the end of a day luckily the lady managed to sort something out but I just managed to see her before she left.

+The caravan was clean and in a good location for fantasy island.
−There was no early check-in available. Parking near the caravan was not allowed so the transfer of suitcases was difficult. The caravan was advertised as luxury and it wasn't, far from it. There wasn't any decking or veranda. Nowhere to sit outside. Stained carpet on the living room. Faulty cooker, rusted towel rail. When booking the first 20 pictures are all of totally different caravans and show vans with decking and seating areas. We did make the site office aware of this immediately and we're told we weren't the first to complain and "they" had been with a drone to take different pictures. The site office was never open and it was all a disappointing experience on that site. We've had far better vans for a lot less price. Certainly wouldn't recommend, use again or stay again if they paid us.

“The company who own this caravan are certainly not demonstrating any sort of care for their customer”
+The location of the caravan site in Ingoldmells was ok. However the positioning of the caravan allocated to us wasn't.
−Areas around the caravan, scrap materials had been left and it looked like a builders yard. The decking needed a jetwash to remove the green grass and hedge cuttings attached to the surfaces. Inside the caravan There was a foul smell in one of the toilets during all of our stay, which was reported. The inside of the caravan was clean but very basic. - No chairs or table on the decking - No coffee table, or stools for the dressing tables in the bedrooms. - No bedside lamps - No cleaning products provided, luckily we had brought our own. - Only two electric plug sockets in the kitchen.

+Caravan in a quiet part of the park. Behind apartments.
−Wasps nest near caravan. Needs sorting out. Especially if there are children around.
