“Quiet place but needs attention to few things.”
+Ideally situated as two members were walking the coast to coast. Rooms were both double which was a bonus. Great shower and most things you'd need in the kitchen. Quiet on an evening.
−Couldn't use the outside decking space as furniture and cushions were all damp and mouldy. Not much space to move in the bedrooms and bed a little uncomfortable. Some utensils broken or missing in the kitchen so you had to make do. No WiFi which was advertised and no TV which was a shame as we would have enjoyed it after a days walking to sit to relax.

+The caravan was everything we needed for our weekend break, the beds were very comfy and it was great value for money, it was very clean and although the TV could have been an issue and we were well informed it didn't matter at all we didn't go to watch TV. The caravan site was lovely and peaceful with a running stream that sounded amazing in the quiet surroundings. Thankyou for allowing us to stay and we hope to be back next year for a little longer.

“Not worth the stay.”
−The place is dirty. The veranda is dirty, chairs and throw pillows. The light from the kitchen was not working. The lounge sofa, dining sofa, throw pillows, carpets are dirty. It felt like the caravan was abandoned for a very long time. Reported but no reponse.

“Overall it was good except internet issue and shop”
+It was very clean and tidy. Calm and beautiful location
−Internet was not working/available. Therefore kids were not happy. It’s mentioned that there is a shop inside the property but there is no shop so we had to go far for quick shopping

“Terrible, was really dirty and damp and needs gutting with new kitchen appliances and regular cleaning”
+Nothing, it was terrible and if I could have gotten somewhere else to stay in in the area I would have paid it just not to stay there .
−The property was dirty and smelly , the smell of damp was overpowering, found mould on pillows in draw under bed , no WiFi it was broken , telly didn’t work , glasses and cutlery all dirty , unwashed baking tray in oven , cooking utensils either broken or dirty . We had to eat out every day . Broken sofa , I can only add 4 photos but have plenty more

−On the listing is wifi, we received message from owner about wifi name and password. Wifi didnt work and we sent owner 3 messages during the stay and no answer at all.

“Unprofessional people renting out an unfit for purpose caravan”

−It’s expired, they say there’s internet and tv but nothing works. Mouldy bathroom, tiny caravan advertised for 6. Once you get there you can try all you like to contact the owners they don’t respond no matter what

+Location was brilliant
−Pictures are old as outside is not covered and could do with a bit of TLC, WiFi was none existent had to use my own phone as hotspot and that’s the only way you can watch TV

“Very very poor service and will never recommend this property due to poor service.”
+We liked the location
−There was no WiFi connection at all.Tried to contact the agent multiple times ,no response to the phone calls.Initially they messaged me will sort out with WiFi issues and later there was no response to the messages at all.Our children were desperately wanted to watch TV either use mobile ..No WiFi connection.My elder one was bitten by bed bugs .many rashes appeared to the body after sleeping on the lounge and the caravan was not cleaned well.Carpwts were very old and dirty.It was very uncomfortable to stay there as there was no help from staff and we were unattended till we left the caravan.
