+A good value hotel located directly on the beach and close to all the Lawrence Gap facilities, including the excellent Bajan patties at Crumbs bakery and the brilliant Daddy's bar and grill. Well designed grounds with a big swimming pool in the landside block. That's an important feature here as sea swimming is variable, the area is prone to sargasso blooms and sea swells, the red flags were usually out while we were there. Lawrence Gap is unapologetically a tourist hotspot, but there are some good places to hang out with the locals at this end of the strip too. Buses /mini vans don't run through the Gap, but it's just a short walk from here up to the main road to catch one.

+The property has been sold but guests weren’t notified. Yesterday, they started to remove furniture from rooms on the land side. There’s tons of furniture in the hallway as I walk by. Last night, I discovered that I was the only guest still in the building. I was very anxious and couldn’t sleep. They relocated me today and it’s a nice room. My main complaint is the telephone wasn’t working in the room and I couldn’t call front desk in an emergency. Huge red flag!!

+Called prior to confirm 2 beds and there was 1 on arrival. Had to wait for the bed to be split. The kettle was not working and was not replaced despite a call. Room upgrade was not available. Booked ocean view on webite but got no view.
