“Charming stay in the heart of Montepulciano”
+Dimora delle Erbe is a charming and characterful place to stay in Montepulciano. The accommodation is comfortable and well equipped, with a very useful kitchenette and dining table. The Jacuzzi bath is a particularly nice addition and makes the room feel quite special. Overall, we enjoyed the atmosphere and found it a very pleasant base for our stay in Montepulciano. We paid €139 for the room, plus tourist tax, which we considered reasonable for the location and overall experience. The owner was exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Nice the common area where you can grab a coffee.
−Access can be a little inconvenient, especially when travelling with luggage. The entrance is directly from the street and the entrance door and stairs are quite narrow, making it difficult to carry suitcases up and down. Parking is also an additional expense: we paid €12.25 from 12:00 until 10:00 the following morning. Inside the accommodation, although the kitchenette, dining table and Jacuzzi bath are all welcome features, they take up a considerable amount of space. As a result, there is limited room to open and organise larger suitcases comfortably. The bed was not the most comfortable. The mattress, pillows and bedding could be upgraded to a more premium standard, which would make the overall experience even better. Breakfast is not available at the property, which is worth considering. The nearby bar suggested to us was unfortunately both expensive and disappointing in terms of quality: €11 for two cappuccinos and two rather poor croissants.

+Love the location and the apartment. We stayed for a week in Pienza and traveled around by car at a slow pace. Our room had a small stove, large space for resting and it was pretty close to parking and the center of the town.

+Lovely to be able to stay in the heart of Pienza even with a car. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and stylish with everything you need for a short stay. The owner, Federico, couldn't do enough to help, even letting us leave the car at hus agroturismo place for free & transporting us back into Pienza. The property is even better than it looks in the photos

“Un soggiorno INCANTEVOLE”
+La struttura si trova in una posizione centralissima del borgo di Pienza e questo permette di girarlo comodamente tutto a piedi. A pochi passi si trova una serie di parcheggi a pagamento e non che ci è stati consigliati dall'host Federico poco prima del nostro arrivo. La camera era impeccabile, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort per vivere al meglio il soggiorno. Segnalo la particolare attenzione e gentilezza dello staff e di Federico, che ci hanno saputo indicare i posti migliori dove mangiare e cosa vedere. Per noi era la prima volta in Val d'Orcia e soggiornare qui è stata la cornice perfetta che ha reso il nostro viaggio davvero un INCANTO. Torneremo e consiglieremo la struttura ad amici e parenti.
