8.0“Easy to arrive to the parks”
+Close to Arches Park. Parking close to the room.
−Service only via text. Nothing to eat around. The room has a non declared smell

5.0“Horrible…Stay Elsewhere!”
+Close to down town.
−Paper thin walls. Right off main noisy road. Cleaning fragrance was so strong it made you want to hold your breath. Had to open all windows and doors to air the room out. Next day we pulled into the parking and could smell it before even getting to the room. Whatever they’re using in the mop bucket is horrible. No staff at this location. Toilet gurgled throughout the night when the next door room would flush their toilet. Sheets don’t fit the mattress and pull off the corners. TV just randomly went to fuzz on first day but worked the second day. Only one way in and out of parking area with only room for one vehicle to enter or exit due to parking spot at entrance. Good luck making a left with the busy traffic out of it to get to town. This should be $50 or less a night max. Best budget claim is a joke!

5.0“Spend a few dollars more and stay elsewhere!”
+Room was clean. Appreciate the laminate flooring vs old carpet.
−Bare-bones furnished is an understatement. There literally wasn’t so much as a box of tissues in the room, the towels were tiny and so thread-bare you could see straight through them. Hardly even a blanket on the bed, it was also so old and so thin. Super bright outside all windows, room darkening shade really didn’t help as it came in on the sides and there was a glaring street light shining straight into the bathroom window and the bathroom door didn’t actually shut/fit in the door frame so could not close.

5.0“Good location, but not as clean as I would like.”
+Good location at the north end of town closest to the National Parks. The motel owners also have a Mediterranean Restaurant next door, and they offer a 10% discount to motel guests (if you ask!) Although it is located right by the main road through Moab, it was fairly quiet at night.
−The decor of the room is very dated. Although it appeared clean on the surface, upon a closer look, there was a large clump of hair on the wall of the shower, and it didn't appear that the air conditioner filter had been cleaned since (???). Also, the bathroom setup is awkward, with no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo. The room could also use a small table beside the sink to hold cosmetics. See photos.

7.0“Convenient location and good value.”
+The property was easy to find and a good price. The staff were friendly.
−The air conditioning ran loud all night and the shades let the light from the parking lot in. The housekeeper came in to the room even when we had a do not disturb sign on the door and took a bath mat and hand towel and didn’t replace them with clean towels.

3.0“Just a no”
+Location
−Old rooms , super old almost yellow towels , found black long hair everywhere probably from the cleaning Lady, it’s a motel so I didn’t expect much but little overpriced for what it gives location is the only good thing

3.0“Yes for one night. No for a relaxing stay.”
+The housekeeping staff are very attentive.
−All the fixtures are extremely old. Blinds that barely close, held to the ceiling by bits of wood with screws. Broken bathroom window, shower mixer tap Impossible to regulate the temperature. And the bedding, which is unfortunately very old, doesn't make any difference with mattress toppers. Last time in this hotel, which we had previously enjoyed twice.

5.0“Ok for short stay”
+• The price was quite attractive for Moab. • Each room had its own designated parking space. Unfortunately, someone had taken ours, but luckily there were other spaces available. • The room and bathroom were spacious. • At first glance, both the room and bathroom appeared reasonably clean.
−• The hotel is not particularly attractive, and there are quite a few areas that could use improvement. • Cleanliness seemed rather superficial: there was noticeable dust on the lamps and on the floor. • Our room, number 100, was very dark. • Soundproofing was poor; we could hear people talking and other noise from outside. • The assigned parking spaces did not seem to be properly monitored, since another guest was able to use ours.
