“Do not waste your money and nerves on this scam”

−While using Booking.com for years, being at Genius Level 3 and always leaving a positive feedback about the booed accommodation, I can say that I've never had the worser experience that at Inat. I do not understand how people can rate it positively and leave a good review. The photos of the property do not correspond the reality: I've got the Red room and it is not as nice, spacy and modern as on the pictures. There is no view, but the one on the parking lot surrounded by walls - so, you will hear if somebody puts a car or motorbike. I've never seen such a tiny shower room with such tiny sink. The shower itself is behind the door when you open it, as it opens to the inside of the shower room. It the toilet there was still swimming toilet paper left from the previous guest or whoever. Moreover, that room is a corner next to the laundry room, so you can hear the noise from the washing machine. In front of the room there is a host's kitchen, so when I arrived there was smell of fried potatoes in the hall and the room. Yes, there is a host, leaving at the property and she barely speaks English. So it looks like b&b, but without breakfast. This is not indicated in the description, as we

+The person that received us was very nice and welcoming. We had some bottles of cold water waiting for us in the freezer. The lady that looked over the house (I assume) was very nice by offering us some cold watermelon when we arrived and also when we were having dinner on the porch, which felt like a blessing in the scorching heat of August that we experienced. The room we stayed in was clean and renovated. The location, on one hand, was nice since the house was located on a hill, you have a nice view of the city when you get there. The downside is that it is quite hard to get there on foot from the bus station. If you are like me and like to avoid spending money on a taxi, prepare for a rough trip.

+Very clean and host lovely attentive and like a grandmother in care
−The pictures in the advertising of the site are very misleading, especially the veranda, which in the picture isn't even part of their property. In the advertisement there is a picture of a kitchen and living room which both were not part of the deal. We also were not led to believe that there would be a host living with us as in a b and b but without breakfast. So did this ruin our holiday. Well no but it did cost us more due to our dietary requirements which we had to buy out rather than make them in a kitchen. We also felt let down by the person Marko, who should have told us about the vast hills from all directions to and from the property. They were not located on the information prior to booking. Yes, Dubrovnik is a hilly place but not near vertical stairways that seemed to go on forever or unforgiving slopes and hills. Both of which we both found difficult and hindered our holiday and health. Marko's lack of directions or help prior to the plane landing are inexcusable and just cause worry and stress. He could see we were both finding the hills and trouble, and yet he didn't help at all with luggage or help us to get up the hill to the property. This has no excuse and is a p

“Good value for money, with a good location and beautiful views.”
+The apartment was clean and quite spacious. Both the living room and the bedroom had access to a balcony with incredible views. Communication with the friendly Marko was easy. The washing machine in the apartment was a big plus. The distance to the old town was about 1.6 km, but it was nice to walk along beautiful narrow alleys and long stairs.
−There were some problems with the shower, because despite the shower curtain, the floor flooded after the shower. A floor wiper would have been helpful. The kitchen was quite well equipped, but we missed a cutting board and a sharp knife. Detergent to wash a couple of clothes would also have been nice, now we had to buy a big bottle of detergent. We left the rest of the bottle there, hopefully it has been left for the next residents.
