+clean, comfortable. the terrace is a plus, kitchen available to tourists with juice, water, basic Italian breakfast.
−the distance to the metro is about 1.3 km, covered in 15 minutes, but is ok.

“Incredible place with amazing host!”
+Such an incredible place to stay in Rome! Giusy is such an amazing host, always available and nothing was too much trouble for her. The room was very clean, comfurtable bed, very good shower and bathroom, such a nice balcony. And the cherry on top that just blew my mind - just outside the room there is a kitchen with water bottles, a variety of cakes, juices, meat, cheese and just everyting you can imagine, all fresh and renewed on a daily basis, at your disposal WHENEVER YOU WANT, not just during breakfast. Because of that, there is no specific time you have to have breakfast at, great for those who like to sleep in. I just don't have any way to describe how happy I am that this is the place we chose to stay in, thank you Giusy and we'll be sure to come back if ever in Rome again!

“Best accommodation in Rome”
+After a terrible 2 nights in my first hotel I moved to In terrazza da Giusy and it literally saved my trip. The apartment was absolutely fantastic, and Giusy the owner was just lovely. Close to the Metro for easy access to the city, I will definitely be staying here again.

“Un'esperienza indimenticable a Roma”
+La mia permanenza è stata semplicemente perfetta, soprattutto grazie a Giusy. È una persona meravigliosa, incredibilmente solare, accogliente e sempre con un bellissimo sorriso pronto a scaldarti la giornata. È stata presente per qualsiasi necessità, dedicando sempre del tempo a fare piacevoli conversazioni con me e aiutandomi con tanta paziencia a migliorare il mio italiano. Le colazioni erano eccezionali, ricche e preparate con tantissima cura. La struttura offre una camera fantastica, spaziosa e comodissima, un bagno grande e una terrazza meravigliosa dove amavo cenare la sera godendomi la tranquillità del posto. La posizione è eccellente: a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana Pietralata, che permette di raggiungere i luoghi iconici di Roma come Termini o il Colosseo in pochissimo tempo. Vado via con il cuore pieno di bei ricordi e con la migliore impressione possibile di questo posto e di Giusy. Consigliatissimo a chiunque! Grazie di cuore di tutto!

+Хозяйка была очень гостепреимной и всегда всех встречала с улыбкой. Даже не говоря по английский она пыталась быть полезной. Очень вкусный завтрак для сладкоежек ) жаль я почти не ем сладкое. Терраса для вашего удобства в любое время. Большая комната и всегда свежее белье.
