+The gentleman who checked us in was very nice, helpful and friendly. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in. The location couldn’t be better. Next to everything and the room was very soundproof. The room was very clean the bed was very good.

+Property was clean and lovely. Service was top notch. Parking was a bear but we were instructed to bring the car close to unload luggage, the two employees helped carry our luggage to our room and the owner went out of his way to personally find a parking space for our car. The extra water bottles and snacks in the apartment were appreciated!

“Says what it is on the tin.”
+Check in neat and tidy. Although on second floor of a typical old Italian building overdue for TLC, it provided a comfortable bed in clean room. Shared bathroom was also clean. For me, the only hiccup was, I wasn’t able to lower the A/C, otherwise all ok.

+In Riva al Lago was easy to find and close to many restaurants and shopping in Como. Marta was helpful getting us checked in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were happy to have AC and a fan to cool us off during hot weather.
