“Not worth the money unless you price location above everything else.”
+The structure is positioned 5mins away from the Colosseum, and walking distance from most attractions. Our room was spacious and looked clean.
−This is NOT a hotel, it's a B&B! There is no 24h reception like the website said when we booked, coming back to the room you never know if someone will be available at reception or not. The b&b is situated in a small, old building, frankly it was quite hard to find initially. Communication by the b&b was awful, I tried contacting them multiple times via email before our arrival and never got an answer, one day whilst we were out I needed to call them and no one picked up the phone. The people that work there don't speak good English or even Italian, for that matter. All in all not worth the money.

“Great stay, loved Rome! Wish we had longer!”
+Very close to attractions and nice restaurants. Room very big and nice and quiet. Great air conditioning, need it in Rome, very hot!
−No elevator, had to lug big suitcases up a lot of stairs and then down again when we left! It was halfway thru our Europe holiday so had big suitcases.

+Excellent location. . Good wholesome breakfast with a 2nd cup of cappuccino was a bonus. Staff very friendly and they were also helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. Rooms was spacious with a good aircon.
−The 6 sets of stairs with a heavy suitcase was bad. You should warn customers that this property is not allowed to use the lift, so you have to carry your suitcase up all those stairs-a very negative component of our stay there. The only real negative is the stairs. Why are their customers not allowed to use the lift....?

“Ottima posizione e buona colazione”
