“Lovely place to stay if you dont mind the noise”
+The location was perfect, decoration, very clean and breakfast was simple but okay

“Avoid!!”
+- good location and bus connections to and from the airport - plenty of restaurants nearby - well-stocked minibar - fairly extensive breakfasts
−- Throughout our entire stay, the exterior walls were damp, and mold was clearly visible. The staff, with great arrogance, claimed that this was "temporary" and "normal" because the building is old. I have never heard a more ignoring explanation. Nothing was done to address the issue. - The staff,if there was any to be found,did not speak English. Our luggage was simply dumped into the room, and no one provided us with any information regarding the house rules or breakfast arrangements. - The main door on our floor was broken, leaving it open at all times. This did not exactly inspire a sense of security. - From the very beginning, we found a musty, foul-smelling bath mat in the bathroom. Naturally, one would expect it to be replaced, but the fact that someone considered such a thing acceptable in the first place is baffling. We travel quite a bit, but this is the first time we have encountered such behavior and such an attitude toward guests... it is truly embarrassing. - There was no wastebasket in the room. Except for one small sanitary bin..

“Simplemente aceptable. Sin mas. No volveria.”
+Buena ubicacion. En cuanto al desayuno que entraba en el precio que pagamos, nadie se molesto en decirnos donde teniamos que desayunar.Tuvimos que madrugar bastante para coger el avion y nos fuimos sin desayunar. Pero, repito nadie nos dijo nada de nada.
−Que la persona que nos recibio a nuestra llegada, no nos indicara donde teniamos que ir a desayunar. le dijimos que teniamos que madrugar y nos contesto: ella hablara con vosotros. Nadie se puso en contacto con nosotros.

“Instalaciones buenas, asistencia y atención inexistente.”
−El check in es un desastre. No te atiende absolutamente nadie. No apto para personas que no sepan ingles porque hay que llamar a la propiedad y allí no atiende nadie. El primer día sólo desayunamos un café porque a las 8,30 ya no había nada y la cafetera no funcionaba. El segundo día a las 8 no estaba puesto el desayuno y se puso a las 8,15 con problemas de cafetera y de atención. El sitio como alojamiento está muy bien pero el trabajo realizado por la propiedad es nula. Una pena.

+Huone oli upean koristeellinen, kattomaalaus oli hieno. Kylpyhuone toimi hyvin. Sänky oli hyvä. Sijainti oli kohtuullisen lähellä keskustaa. Sisäänpääsy etänä toimi hyvin. Aamiainen oli riittävä.

“Zentral gelegen”
+Mittendrin! Sehr zentral gelegen. Die Anreise hat gut geklappt. Wir waren froh um den Wegbeschrieb den man vorab erhält sonst schwirig zu finden. Da niemand vor Ort war haben wir dann angerufen und uns den Schlüssel selber genommen. Zimmerausstattung hat es alles was man braucht. Frotteewäsche, Föhn. Alles sehr unkompliziert.
−Es war sehr kalt im Zimmer. Der Display vom Whirlpool hat nicht funktioniert und somit haben wir den Whirpool nicht genutzt. Um das Zimmer verdunkeln zu können mussten wir den Balkon umstellen damit wir die Storen schliessen konnten. Wenn man gerne mit Verkehr schläft ist es ok. Für uns war es zu laut, da in der Nacht die Reinigungsmaschinen durchfahren, Anlieferungen früh morgens stattfinden in den Bars & Restaurants. Laute Leute in der Nacht. Auf den Fotis sieht es auf jedenfall hochwertiger aus als es ist. Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten - haben wir ausgelassen.Tipp beim duschen: man muss die Duschbrause voll anlassen auf das stärkste damit heisses Wasser kommt. :-) Für eine Nacht i.o
