“Quiet luxury with a side of dreamy perfection!”
+The calm luxury of the location, bedrooms, pool, staff, and meals was unbeatable! Our stay at Il Verreno was the relaxing part of our two week vacation to Italy, and every part of it exceeded our expectations and left us rejuvenated. My kids (7 and 14) delighted in the property dogs, beautiful pool, and super friendly staff. Our suite (the two bedroom Cavillo) was huge, private, relaxing, and quiet. The staff treated us with such kindness and prompt attention to every detail - I've never felt more like a princess in a fairy tale! Our cooking class with the restaurant's chef was a major highlight, as was every meal we had at Cucina Donnaluisa.
−The only thing I would have preferred was having the AC work a little stronger. The rooms were still cooled off compared to outside, but nights were a little warmer than we like.

“Amazing food”
+My husband is vegan and the staff at breakfast and in their gorgeous restaurant went out of their way to make him the most delicious food. They made so much effort to give him multiple options each night and the food was out of this world. I would highly highly recommend Il Verreno to anyone travelling in Tuscany but particularly if you vegan / vegetarian.
