“Value for money!”
+Location. Friendly, welcoming staff. Nice breakfast. Had an evening meal here which was also good and had 10% off for being a guest. Price.
−Shower took ages to heat up.

“Perfect location and restaurant”
+Location was the best thing, really close to everything to see, dine, shop and restaurant is excellent.
−Facilities need maintenance and better cleaning, and bathroom needs a proper door. Otherwise stay was ok.

“I would stay here again”
+The breakfast was help-yourself basic (bread, spreads, yogurt, fruit) and the attendant made a great cappuccino. The location can’t be beat, it’s right in the middle of everything you want to see. We even ate at the restaurant, which was excellent, and they gave us a 10 percent discount for staying there.
−There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but be aware it’s a longish trek from the funicular station, and it takes awhile to even get onto the funicular.

+Everything. Location perfect, service excellent. Basic, but clean and perfectly located to explore Citta Alta. Would definitely stay again.
−One hot drink only at breakfast which is unusual, however they did accommodate my request for plant milk which was appreciated

“Okay for one night but wouldn’t like to stay longer.”
+Excellent location.
−Smallest shower I’ve ever experienced-not possible to bend over and wash your legs unless you leave the door open. Breakfast was ok but charging for a second tea/coffee….really??

“Lovely quaint hotel”
+Really old hotel, but beautifully positioned in the main square. Lovely dinner and excellent house wine. Provided safe parking in covered car park 500m away. Also organised access by car to the town centre which is a LTZ.
−Room basic with dodgy shower but bed comfy.
