“Great location and very welcoming host”
+Very welcoming and friendly hosts. The property is located a short walk from Santa Maria Novella train station, so extremely convenient. The room was spacious, and the bed very big and comfortable. I loved the little, homely touches, like the bookshelves and the sticky notes.
−No lift, because located in an old residential building. On the upside, the apartment is on the first floor.

“Very noisy street and only partially clean”
+The room is lovingly furnished and the city centre is within walking distance. However, it wasn't really clean - there was still hair in the shower and there were some stains on the duvet. In addition, the street is extremely noisy and much busier than we thought - we could hardly sleep and therefore unfortunately hardly enjoyed our stay in Florence.

“This cute, clean room w/private bathroom & very comfortable bed served us well for the 2 nights we stayed in Flo”
+The location was great & close to the sights we wanted to see. It was clean & the bed was extremely comfortable. The full length mirror was fantastic for getting ready to go out & the large bottle of water was a great touch as we forgot to bring some home for the evening. The owners were very sweet & helpful.
−The space was a bit smaller than I expected, but the comfortable bed made up for it. Literally, the best night’s sleep I had in the entire 10 day trip.
