“An exquisite piece of art and architecture with a great view and great people, located in one of the best mountain range”
+The property is an absolute gem, the landlords are an extremely assertive couple with an excellent sense of humour and very kind. The design of the property is boutique, with an extremely high quality and attention to detail decoration. The property is a XIX century building architecture and the collection of art objects that are decorating the property is of a great variety. Th exceptional cleanliness and the attention of the hosts is impressive. The property it’s located in a very quiet area of the town, not far from the main road but far enough from the noise of the traffic, only 10 minutes walk from the several shops, the main route towards the most hiking access routes to the mountains, 30 minutes walk to the car cable, 15 minutes from the town centre and the train station. The property has all rooms facing the most idyllic side of the mountain range, over the town. All rooms have extremely large king-size beds, large rooms, super-clean shower rooms on suite, with storage facilities and very large windows with view over the town towards the mountains. −There is a particularly of this property that one must be aware before booking that if there are mobility problems this location can be challenging due to the old age of the construction, and the beautiful architecture, might create an issue for accessing it from the road and possibly if trying to get access to the upper floors. One must be aware that this is an XIX century architectural design and the property is located on a steep slope of the mountain with a great view but limited to the position of the building, being also an enlisted building there are restrictions on the amount of modernisation can be applied.

−Sub masca de „rustic” se ascund mizerie și lipsă totală de întreținere. Experiența la această cazare a fost o mare dezamăgire. Termenul „rustic” este folosit necorespunzător pentru a masca o stare avansată de degradare și o curățenie realizată de mântuială

“Un loc cu suflet, în care am savurat deopotrivă atmosfera, liniștea și frumusețea detaliilor.”
+Ne-am simțit tare bine la Il Piccolo Castello! Ne-a cucerit din prima atmosfera acestei case, în care fiecare deceniu pare să-și fi lăsat, unul câte unul, obiectele, mobilierul și micile povești: puțin neo-românesc, un grăunte de „clasic”, ici-colo o adiere de Art Nouveau… un amestec elegant, cu contraste de culoare și stil, vesel și plin de farmec. Impresionează și amplasamentul , liniștit, verde, cu Casa Memorială Cezar Petrescu chiar alături. Parcă, pentru câteva zile, am intrat într-o fotografie luminoasă dintr-un Bușteni de altădată, din care mai lipsesc doar birjele, redingotele sau goarna vreunui Duesenberg roșu… Am plecat cu zâmbetul pe buze și cu dorința de a reveni.
−Din păcate, un „accident” major strică armonia: monstruozitatea de construcție ridicată chiar în lateralul proprietății, prin binecuvântarea haosului urbanistic postcomunist. Un corp de clădire inutil, străin, masiv și agresiv vizual, care alterează serios imaginea unui loc altfel atât de frumos. Însă… chiar și acest neajuns poate fi un motiv perfect pentru a savura cu voluptate împrejurimile, curtea și interioarele minunate.

“Frumos, mai revenim !”
+Stilul arhitectural al castelului, camerele mari cu uși originale - pe interior, poziția cu vedere spre Caraiman, excelentă ! Gazdele foarte primitoare , micul dejun „ca la mama acasă” - toate au fost excelente !
−Baia s-ar putea lipsi de cabina de duș cu hidromasaj, care nu are nici o legătură cu ideea de castel și problema parcării, care este undeva în fața castelului - ar trebui preveniți musafirii, să nu fie nevoiți să care geamantane mari pe scări până la castel !
