“Entered our room to find a sweaty, shirtless man laying on our bed. It just got worse from there...”
+The view - the only positive thing about this stay!
−Everything! Upon entering our room, we found a shirtless, sweaty man laying on our bed! I don't know what he was doing there, but he left quickly. The room is not as it seems on the website. Don't be fooled by the view shot and the wallpaper and stick-on headboard. The room was so TINY we could not open our carry-on suitcase and had to step over it to go outside. We stayed on the 4th floor but getting there is ridiculous. There are 73 steps from the main street just to get to the gate. It is a maze of uneven steep steps, very dark alleyways, and a hazard to walk at night. From the gate, there are 30 more stairs just to get to the main door of the building. If you have any mobility issues, or heavy suitcases, this is NOT the place to stay. The view is nice, but the broken shutter would not stay open. The light on the wall was falling off, the teeny sink in the teeny shower was just creepy and dirty, the floor drain was not attached, and the only towel hanger was broken. It seriously gave me the creeps to stay in this room. Not only was it incredibly overpriced for the size and state of the room, the description of the place is very deceiving! We traveled all over Italy for a month,

+De locatie is prachtig! Ondanks de kleine ruimte heel functioneel en leuk ingericht! Zeer schone kamer!
−De wastafel in de badkamer zat los, geen airco aanwezig. Wel staat er een ventilator.

−Attention ! Ce n' est pas un hôtel ! C'est une minuscule chambre de bonne vétuste sous les toits, difficile à trouver. Il n'y a pas de réception. Le code de la boîte à clefs est difficile à obtenir car le site internet ne fonctionne pas bien, en particulier le scan de la carte d'identité. Nous avons attentu au moins 45 minutes devant la porte avant de pouvoir être aidé d'une voisine italienne. Au téléphone le site ne parle pas le français. Merci pour la voisine qui a pu expliquer en italien. Le code wifi très long et compliqué est donné de telle façon qu'il n'est pas possible de faire un copié/collé. Le branchement de la lampe de chevet est dangereux car réparé avec du scotch. A fuire absolument !

−Materasso scomodissimo, molto sottile, bollitore senza neanche una bustina di the, boiler spento, bisogna accenderlo e aspettare che si scaldi per fare la doccia, lavandino dentro la doccia, assenza di bidet, assenza di un gancio porta asciugamani, assenza di condizionatore o un qualsiasi strumento per scaldare la stanza, assenza di un televisore, porta del bagno gonfia dall'umidità, assenza di un armadio, mobile o comodino, giusto degli appendini. “Linda vista, difícil acceso”

−No tiene calefacción, si llegas de noche no está iluminada la entrada al lugar, es muy difícil encontrar la puerta. El baño tiene la puerta que no llega al suelo.
