“unpleasant”
+The location the tv and the jacuzzi were fine. You have the Piramide Station very close in only 2 stops you are in the Coliseum.
−When I arrived, they charged me an extra €20 on top of what I had already paid online, and they wanted to charge me in cash for a supposed "city tax." There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room, the bathroom didn't seem very clean, and neither did the jacuzzi. The bed made my back hurt, and there was no bedspread. Breakfast is brought to the room; it's just one drink and a sandwich or croissant as a choice, and they only did it the first day. The second day, when I called, they didn't answer. I think you can only use this place if you don't mind being uncomfortable like in a hostel and you're only interested in a good location. If you want to relax, I don't recommend it because the service is very stressful and rather unpleasant.

+L' accoglienza dello staff
