“Great value. Exceptionally clean. Sensational views”
+Good value for money. Spacious, very clean, friendly host . Restaurant by same name in town owned by same people also very good. Enormous servings which is unusual here. I had a sensational Tuscan view from my room.
−A little tricky to find as in a little corner and not well signed. Google Maps. kept taking me from the hotel to the restaurant which meant I was running round in circles.

“Great location, very close to action but not swamped by it.”
+Very large and clean room, great location very close to historic centre but just outside, so not overrun with tourists. Well equipped kitchen if needed. Only one other room in my part of guesthouse, which was ideal, and very quiet.

“Excellent except for check in difficulty”
+Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Excellent location.
−I had a difficult time getting check-in information. Booking says 6:00 pm is check in but confirmation caroljoantaylor@hotmail.com said 3:00. The host did not respond to several messages and I finally had to call after check in time to get someone to provide access to the unit.

+Great location and beautiful views from the room! Comfortable room. We were also allowed to store our bicycles in the building for the night.
−The room was comfortable, but the aircon did not really cool down the room.

“Excelente estancia en cómoda habitación y bien ubicada”
+Muy buena ubicación justo afuera de la muralla, con parqueo de pago cercano y habitaciones cómoda, limpia y de fácil acceso en planta baja. Aunque no tiene recepción, fue una persona a entregarnos la llave de la habitación.
−Por decir algo, solo que tuvimos que esperar unos 10 minutos afuera que llegaran a entregarnos la llave. Pero todo estuvo bien.

+Quarto muito amplo e muito limpo! Muito próximo a entrada da cidade. O proprietário tem um restaurante e nos ofereceu desconto para jantar lá, fomos e adoramos a comida e o atendimento!
−Não há estacionamento no local, mas nos indicaram onde parar sem pagar. Como achamos um pouco longe, resolvemos pagar a taxa de 24 horas do estacionamento da cidade que custa 15 euros e fica bem ao lado da propriedade, foi muito conveniente!

“Ruhiges, sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer sehr zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum”
+Die Lage ist ganz prima gewesen. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum von San Gimignano. Das Zimmer groß und geräumig. Badezimmer eine angenehme Größe und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. In der Gemeinschaftsküche besteht die Möglichkeit Kaffee und Tee zuzubereiten und auch eine Kleinigkeit zu kochen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das Restaurant Il Feudo. Das befindet sich in der Stadt und es war sehr schmackhaft.
−Es gibt nicht wirklich etwas, was uns nicht gefallen hat. An dieser Stelle nur der Hinweis, dass die Unterkunft nicht direkt von der Straße ersichtlich ist, denn es geht eine kleine Einfahrt rein und dort ist dann das Haus. Wir waren erst verwirrt, denn das Restaurant Il Feudo ist im Zentrum San Gimignanos und die Unterkunft außerhalb der Stadtmauern.
