+Every friendly staff and there are a lot of facilities
−The hotel needs to be better maintained, a lot of things were broken or worn down which is unacceptable for a "5 star" hotel

“Don’t be decievied by the 5 stars”
+If you are willing to compromise everything for a sea view location, that’s your property to go for.
−Where do i start from: 1- for the current situation of the hotel it shouldn’t be more than 2 stars hotel. Yes they have everything needed to get the 5 but the consition is extremely bad 2- inner pool is not warm and dirty 3- jacuzzi’s floor is broken 4- room overall condition is 2 star 5- No tee/coffee in the room 6- internet connection is bad 7- breakfast is poor

+Only reason I booked this place is because of rated 5 star Hotel. But the facilities and service far from it. I’m disappointed fact that how can they get 5 star rating is beyond me

“Not worth the price”
+Good location, helpful staff
−All facilities were closed while they were charging for the full fee. It was not worth the money without the facilities. Pool was, closed, spa was closed. Status of the facilities should have been made obvious while booking. Rooms are small, towels werent provided, we had to ask for them.

+Otelde temizlik ve personellerin ilgisi genel anlamda iyi, ancak yemek konusunda son derece yetersiz. Ozellikle aksam yemeklerinde 2 cesit oluyor ve bitebiliyor. Konaklama yaptigimiz gunlerde otelde insaat oldugundan surekli gurultu oluyor. Otelin onunde otoparki cok kucuk.
