“The IceHotel and the cold rooms are a must do. This is a bucket list item. Nearby Kiruna is a bit sterile but the surr”
+The property was so unique and the staff could not have been more helpful. The cold room was an incredible adventure.
−I wish they had a lounge or a bar to hang out in. We were in the lobby but it did not seem as social. Also, the warm rooms were kind of spare. They were nice but I expected a little nicer.

+Yes, there was a mature local receptionist/manager lady that was very helpful. I like that they send aurora alert to your phone, that is gold. Also, she informed to help yourself to free hot drinks when waiting for aurora at the reception. She was very kind

+Fantasiskt läge vid Torneälv och konsten i det kalla hotellet var fantastisk. Personalen mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

+Une nuit inoubliable et une expérience complètement dingue ! Dormir dans une chambre à -5 °C, entourés de magnifiques sculptures de glace réalisées par des artistes talentueux, c’est vraiment quelque chose à vivre ! Nous avons été accueillis par Brigitta, qui parle plusieurs langues, dont le français. Elle est adorable, toujours souriante et a su nous mettre en confiance pour cette nuit un peu hors du commun. Un grand merci à elle ! Nous avons aussi testé le menu IceHotel, avec l’apéritif et le dessert servis sur des assiettes de glace. Une expérience originale qui ajoute encore un peu de magie au séjour. Enfin, nous avons terminé par un atelier de sculpture sur glace. J’ai été surpris de voir à quel point la glace est facile à tailler… mais de là à réussir une belle sculpture, c’est une autre histoire ! Bref, un séjour incroyable, avec des expériences qu’on n’est pas près d’oublier. Le prix des prestations reste assez élevé, mais on repart avec des souvenirs pour la vie !

−Nasz pokój był bardzo zaniedbany. W łazience był grzyb na uszczelkach, silikonie, brodziku. Meble były odrapane, brudne kubki na kawę.
