“Luxury stay in historic baroque Ibla”
+Rosy was so helpful and nice to us. She helped us with finding the property through the ZTL restrictions, and helped with our luggage and parking; she actually jumped into our car to pilot us through Iblan and she also enlisted her boyfriend to help. And it was her birthday…!!! wow, she’s the best! The room was perfectly clean and exactly like the photos, breakfast was very good (we also really liked the conversations with other guests at the “social table” - so much fun). Ibla is a must see on Sicily and this property is in the middle of it, really spectacular.

“Amazing!”
+The location was perfect. Our room was picturesque as was the entire Iblainsuite. Comfortable bed & pillows. Very clean. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Rosy was the perfect host. She helped us with the taxi service when our car did not arrive on time. Rosy went over and above helping us. Highly recommended!

+It is a wonderful place ..elegantly decorated with a lot of character..nice terrace with a view of a dome..best location..wonderful host Rosie..very caring and helpful ..really a remarkable person that makes you feel at home there ..excellent breakfast...if you manage to get a room here do not hesitate..it's worth every penny indeed..possibly best in Ragusa

“Fun Short Stay in Ragusa Ibla”
+Beautiful property in a stunningly renovated 18th century building. We looked at all rooms and, for size and comfort, recommend all rooms *except Quasimodo*, which is quite small for two people. Of special note is the decor of the rooms and truly of the entire property. The images online of the interior of the property reflect the hotel very well. The decor is far above average, especially at this price point, and the owner deserves special recognition for this level of style and design. (Note: we don’t recall seeing the hot tub that is shown on the roof area in photos on Booking but may have missed it.) The host, who is both genial and dedicated to her craft in hospitality, serves a typical continental Italian breakfast including excellent coffee drinks plus hard boiled eggs (if requested) at a communal table in a lovely space with a vaulted ceiling (shown in photos in this review). It’s quite grand and the communal table provides opportunity to meet and converse with other guests, which we enjoyed quite a bit. This is a unique and special experience. The host worked hard throughout our entire stay, including to ensure we were able to find parking upon arrival, which would be quit
−This is not a comment on the property but instead on Ragusa Ibla. We do not recommend staying in Ragusa Ibla if you are traveling by car. There is no area that is genuinely car friendly. The access to the town is restricted (ZTL) certain hours of the day. Once you’re parked, you really cannot move the car to use it to visit surrounding areas. However, for anyone cycling, backpacking, using taxis or taking public transit and walking into town, the location is excellent.

“Wonderful stay in Ragusa Ibla”
+Absolutely magnificient place near the Duomo in Ragusa. It is a wonderful property, from the decorations, the ambiance, all evoque great taste and attention to details. The property was fully renovated and has even an elevator for luggage inside (extremly rare in medieval city centers). The room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom had all needed amenities. Breakfast was excelent. Rosy and the owners are amazing people. Very helpful and dedicated. Makes you feel like home! Great value for the money! If you come by car you can park if for free on Via Avvocato Giovanni Ottaviano and reach on foot the property (10 min walk)

“A great place to spend a day and a night or even longer if you can”
+Rosa was a super host, excellent communication, very helpful, and she arranged a place for us to leave the car just 50 yards away. The rooms are gorgeous, beautifully decorated, so quiet and peaceful, and there is a lift so luggage doesn't have to be carried upstairs. The location couldn't be better, just around the corner from the duomo. Breakfast was lovely.
