“I was already exhausted travelling from the Uk, spending every day at the hospital. My father passed”
+My father was in the local hospital in Spayer very poorly so thd location was fantastic within walking distance
−The smell of sewage, although I was given another room the bathroom still smelt of sewage. Then I had an insect infestation in the room I waz moved to. The room was so basic, no kettle, no complimentary tea, coffee. For what I paid per night it was really poor. I complained and received 75 percent of my money back

“I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unfortunately as there were a few issues”
+Staff were friendly and helpful
−Room wasn’t clean, dirt on carpet and bugs on bed

“Recommended and family friendly”
+Clean warm quiet facilities, family friendly rooms, conveniently placed near the highway, private parking by 11€ (careful gets busy).
−We booked 2 rooms connected for adults and children. One radiator didn’t work, however staff was friendly and offered a room swap.

+The location was good and within walking distance of the old town and museums. Parking on site at a reasonable 11 Euro per night. We were allowed to leave our vehicle there the next day while visiting the museum.
−The fact that there was no restaurant for a meal in the evening should you arrive a little later.

Safe fehlen in Zimmern

“Lieber kein zweites Mal”
