−Older looking facility and rooms were very spartan with small dining table and mini refrigerator.

+Everything was great about my stay. Only problem I had was the room had no microwave so we had to go across the street to circle k to heat our food. We were never told that we would have to ask for a microwave in the morning when we checked in
−Only the microwave was the issue

“Very clean but customer service was ordinary at best”
+An older property that was vey clean with a tropical decor.
−Two things- the “resort fee “ in my opinion was a way to increase revenue from their rate. We saw no real benefit in terms of extra amenities. #2 although we did not come Key West to watch TV, we were unable to watch network TV(ABC, NBC,CBS). I asked the front desk for advise and they had none .

“Quick last minute getaway”
+The view from my room was beautiful.
−Ibis Bay Resort was probably a beautiful place to stay 10-15 years ago. It appears to be dated and a bit run down now. It is also far away from everything and the people on this side of town do not seem to take kindly to tourists in low speed vehicles.
