+Nice area. Very local. A lot of Nice restaurants and a local foodmarket. Coupons for Italian breakfast at local bakery was a great experience. Room very clean, but thin walls and a bit noise from the other rooms and light from the hallway under the door crack in the night time. Host Emiliano friendly and informative. Would stay there again.

“Comfortable room in residential neighbourhood within walking distance of city center”
+Location was good, quiet residential area with lots of great restaurants. We were happy to walk along the river to get to the major attractions downtown. There's also a metro station 20 minutes away, as well as a train station to get to & from the airport. Host was nice, he welcomed us with a bottle of wine & gave us some nearby restaurant & transit recommendations. Room was modern, cleaning services came every day. Breakfast (coffee & pastry) is offered through a local cafe.
−Rooms are located in an apartment building (no concierge). The room had a very faint odor of cigarette smoke, but it wasn't overwhelming.

“Amazing location and great room!”
+We loved the location of this place, it was in a great not-too-touristy area but that was still close to everything. The room has everything you need, and the hosts provided clear communication on how to access the place, as well as helpful tips on navigating and good places to visit nearby for food or fun! Its in an apartment building and has everything you need :)

“Highly recommend. Ability to cook is great with the nearby market.”
+Good location. Nice building. Comfortable bed
−A little confusing in the listing not a hotel an apartment. To facilitate entry provide a specific arrival time. That was my mistake. Matteo arrived within 15 min and was lovely. Kitchen supplies sparse.

“Very simple accomodation, but value for money.”
+Nice place, very quite and relatively close to the centre. Breakfast was easy, nice coffee and we had opportunity to meet local people. The staff were helpful and gave us lots of tips about bars and restaurants. Thank you for the bottle of wine and water!
−Shower did not work properly, but the rest was fine.

“Włoski, piękny czas.”
+Przemiły gospodarz Krystiano, ktory czekał na nas po 22 - mieliśmy opóźniony transfer. Bardzo pomocny😍Pokój czysty, pościel i ręczniki bielusieńkie. Spokojna okolica, restauracje i sklep blisko, niedaleko też do głównych atrakcji. Serdecznie polecam to miejsce. To był piękny, włoski czas🍝🍷🍋
