“Great stay in Magical Florence”
+The location is great arriving there was very easy on foot or by tram. The place is budget friendly. The room was new and very clean. The view is spectacular. The host gives free breakfast to everyone including great coffee. The room the bed and the bathroom were new. The air conditioning in the room was good. We could hear some train noise because the location is near the train station but it became almost silent between 23:00 and 5:00 in the morning and since we got up early it didn't affect us a lot. The wifi was working well. The host is very helpful and kind.
−When taking a shower you must pay attention as the water is going out the shower box's curtain but for us no big issue.

“Due to the Railway station nearby it was kinda noizy but except that everything was fine.”
+The guy who met us was very friendly. He guided us through the rooms and provided all nececcary information. There were some snacks and juce for free as well as coffee machine. Additionally would like to highlight amzing terrace where you can eat and rest.

“In Florenz kann man wohl alles zu jedem Preis vermieten”
+Von der Unterkunft aus war das Zentrum per Tram gut zu erreichen. Vom Balkon hatte man einen guten Blich auf den Bahnhof und zum Dom. Der Gemeinschaftsraum war recht ansprechend
−Das Zimmer war sehr eng. Auf der Toilette konnte man nur schräg sitzen. Kaputte Duschtür war durch Vorhang ersetzt. Vorhänge schleifen auf den Boden, waren nicht abgenäht. Zimmer nur durch Pressspanplatte hinterm Bett vom Vorratsraum abgetrennt: Frühstücksvorbereitung ab 6:30 klang wie enben dem Bett. Frühstück ohne frische Waren. Kaffeeautomat war leer und nicht wieder befüllbar für die letzten Frühstücksgäste, Portier nicht erreichbar. Aufzug hat mehrfach nicht funktionert.

“Excelente servicio”
+Nuestra estancia fue realmente agradable. Desde el primer momento el personal fue cercano, amable y muy profesional. Llegamos más tarde de lo previsto y nos esperaron sin ningún problema. Todo estuvo impecable y el servicio fue excelente en cada momento. Además, no hubo cargos adicionales, un gesto que agradecimos mucho. Sin duda, una experiencia para recomendar.

+A instalação fica próxima ao terminal do trem e das atrações turísticas. Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Mas o que mais me chamou a atenção, foi o carinho e o cuidado com os hóspedes. Onde deixam a disposição água, café e outros para que seja possível fazer o desejum. Passamos por muitos outros alojamentos durante o nosso tour na Itália. Mas nenhum foi tão carinhoso e cuidadoso como o I tulipani! Só coisas boas para dizer e agradecer!

−没见到老板，一次特别的体验吧 地理位置不怎么方便，挨着铁轨，远离城区
