“Great location, great room!”
+We stay in double room, king room, near old town, bars and local bus station. I would say ideal location. Host replies in 30 minutes usually, best is to reach him via whatsupp in advance. Self check in.

+Central location. Okay for short stay.
−Was very dirty and missing lots of basic things like a bin for trash and recycling. The coffee maker had a used coffee pod left in it but there were no coffee pods left for us to use. Our front door to get into our apartment was next to the lockboxes for all apartments in the building so people kept trying to get into our apartment at all hours as it wasn't clear that this was a singular apartment and not an entry to an apartment building. My husband had to open the door and tell some people that this wasn't their door as they tried for a good 10 minutes. The upper windows in the flat had no curtains so the outside light lit up the whole room making it hard to sleep.

“good enough for a night or two”
+location - very close to the town centre and the station
−the room was not the one we were made to think we were booking, there was a pile of dirty towels and full bin on the floor when we arrived which the cleaner forgot to remove, when we contacted the owner about the rubbish and incorrect room he was very rude, saying we should not trouble him with this or he would cancel our stay. we only stayed one night and after we left we were asked by the owner to pay him the tourist tax (paid to him before we vacated the property) and parking fee (we did not have a car). we explained it all to him but a day or two later we received a claim for "damages" which we refused to pay for the above reasons. I would say the owners attitude was the main negative factor.

+stanza e bagno soddisfacenti considerando il costo. check in semplice e veloce.
−set da bagno da migliorare, 1 bagno schiuma piccolo ed 1 saponetta piccola per 2 persone è pochino. una bottiglina d'acqua sarebbe gradita da trovare in camera anche se a pagamento!!

−La persiana no baja y el propietario se dedicaba a pasear por la terraza y se veía nuestra intimidad ,la zona azul no se paga hasta las 20:30 hasta las 8:00 y el propietario me quiso cobrar el parking 15€ me parece un abuso absoluto ,había un montón de polvo en la cabecera de la cama era exagerado

“Très bon Sejour”
+Petite terrasse attenante à l’une des chambres avec une tonnelle très agréable. Et Giovanni est très sympa, le voisin moins mais ça ne gâche pas le séjour !!
−Chambres sur rue un peu bruyantes mais tout le reste était très bien.

“La chambre se trouve à 10 minutes à pied des sassi de Matera”
+La chambre est très propre. Elle est située au premier étage d'un immeuble moderne. La chambre est située a une petite dizaine de minutes des sassi de Matera. La salle de bain privée est très spacieuse. Il y a trois chambres dans l'appartement, les trois chambres partagent un hall commun. Stationnement payant dans la rue près de la chambre très facile en octobre.
−Le descriptif de l'équipement de l'appartement communiqué par Booking ne correspond pas à la situation réelle. Il n'y a pas de cuisine commune pour l'appartement que j'ai réservé contrairement au descriptif communiqué par Booking. Il s'agit d'une chambre avec une salle de bain privée et il y a un petit frigo table dans la chambre et une bouilloire. Il y a une petite terrasse qui donne à l'arrière de l'immeuble.

“Недорогое жилье, хорошее расположение”
+Отлично, все понравилось. Наша комната находилась на нулевом этаже, вход с улицы сразу в апартаменты. Бесконтактное заселение, все инструкции четкие и понятные. Постель и полотенца чистые, ванная комната чистая, посуда на кухне уже долгое время в употреблении, не очень свежая, супермаркет - 1 минута, старый город - 7 минут, до автостанции 20 минут пешком. Рядом находится очень вкусное мороженое. Спасибо, рекомендуем)
