10.0“Clean, spacious, quiet room with a friendly host in the heart of Naples”
+We enjoyed an overnight stay here. Clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious room right in the heart of Naples. We easily found wonderful food and our host offered a delicious breakfast, tips for our stay and even a little Naples magnet to remember the city. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

4.0“Low level of service with booking”
+We booked I Maestri after carefully selecting a B&B in Naples. We noted that the reception was open for arrival till 6pm - and with our flight arriving to Naples at 4, we considered this fine. We were then contacted by the staff on Whatsapp who asked about our arrival time. There were very little service minded and simply told us that if we happened to be delayed, they would not be able to let us in. I understand the idea of a limited time for check in - but rarely have I experienced such low level of service and willingness to make it work. Of course, I cannot guarantee against plane delays - and surely a b&b would have an emergency setup - maybe a key deposit?

10.0“The heart of historic Naples”
+The hotel is located in the heart of the old town of Naples. You can feel the atmosphere of the city very well. You can reach the hotel on foot from the train station (about 15-20 minutes with suitcases) or take a taxi and then walk a few meters. The hotel is very close to many attractions. The hotel seems to be fresh renovated. We had 2 large spacious rooms. There was also a safe and kettle in the room. The breakfast was strongly Italian. Valeria is very kind and helpful. The only a problem is lack of list but it is so in ols part of naples. So you have to bring your luggage up.

2.0“Stay away”
+Very rude staff. Definitely find other accommodation in Naples. Very noisy building, you can hear the other rooms and the other floors, average breakfast with not many choices, the good was the clean room..!
“Amazing Stay”
+We stayed here 3 nights for my daughters birthday. Valeria made us all really welcome she decorated my daughters room with a birthday banner, flowers and choclotes. The rooms are cosy and spacious right in the hearth of Naples. This Bed & Breakfast offers all the comfort you need to spend an amazing stay in Naples. Valeria and her husband were very helpful and made us feel at home. The breakfast is very delicious and served in a cosy atmosphere and if you are looking for suggestions you will get everything you need. Definitely be back. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this B&B.

10.0“Amazing stay right in the heart of Naples”
+This accommodation was great and Valeria was amazing. The room was spacious with everything you needed. Valeria does it all, from breakfast to spotless cleaning, providing useful tips to get around the city, helped us with phone calls in italian... you can't ask for more. She is a great host and even helped us with information that wasn't updated on google, saving us a lot of time. The building is close to all the via Dei Tribunali main attractions and hidden culinary gems. This was my third time in Naples and I would definitely stay here again in the future and also reccomend it to my friends.

10.0“Lovely B&B”
+Recently stayed 3 nights at I Maestri. Great location in the centre of the historic quarter. The hosts Valeria and her husband made us feel really welcome from the moment we walked through the door. From the outside, typical Naples, inside a beautifully decorated spacious residence. Loved the decor, everything spotlessly clean. Great shower and fresh towels each day. Nice breakfasts each day including freshly made toasties and great coffee. Valeria was always on hand to give advise on where to eat, see and any general information. As other reviews have commented, it is up 3 flights of stairs to I Maestri, but it is in a traditional Naples building and we didn’t find it to be a problem. Valeria’s husband picked us up and took us back to the airport, which was great as it probably isn’t the easiest place to find initially. Thank you for the 5.00am return trip!! Would we use I Maestri again, definitely! So much more we want to explore in Naples and can’t think of a better place to do it from.

10.0“Gem in centre of old city”
+Th B&B is situated in the centre of the old city. Very close to it are a number of historic attractions. When I first arrived this place by taxi, I was a bit worried because the environment was a bit chaotic with disorganised roads and shops - characteristically Napoli. However when I entered the B&B at the 3rd floor, everything changed. Design was modern and cosy. I stayed in a Superior King Room. Size was large and it had a balcony. It was tidily furnished and clean. The most impressive bit was the hospitable service provided by the owner couple. Breakfast was great and they always offered a hand to my needs. On the departure day, they arranged an airport transfer charging at €18 was very competitive. It is a lovely place to stay.

10.0“Due Amici”
+We’ve just spent three nights at this beautiful place. It’s in the heart of the Centro Storico in a private place but overlooking via Tribunali. The rooms are beautiful, very modern, charming, well furnished and sparkling clean. A lot of thought has gone into the design and decor. We loved it! Every morning a beautiful breakfast is laid out with so much to choose from, something for everyone. Valeria makes fresh tea or coffee too. Nothing is too much trouble. Valeria also gave information about Naples and how to get around. My only caution is that it is located on the third floor and there is no lift. The hosts were wonderful and helped us with our bags though. Highly recommend.
“Nice B&B but Issues with Hotels.com Reservation”
+This was a nice little B&B in a great location. The place was nice and clean and advertised as shown. I had an issue with the check in, or I would have given a higher rating. They didn’t have my reservation on file and after 15 minutes of going back and forth we were able to get into our room (I had already paid for the room through hotels.com and had a guaranteed confirmation). The staff helped us with information to get to our next destination and we had a nice light breakfast.
