+The location is quite central, making it easy to reach many attractions on foot. The bathroom is spacious and well-equipped for two people. There is also a small fridge and a coffee machine, which are convenient if you would like to prepare a simple breakfast.
−The shower did not have any shelf or space to place toiletries. In addition, the water drainage was poor, causing water to accumulate quickly and leak outside the shower area, leaving the bathroom floor wet. Since the accommodation is built inside a cave, it is naturally humid, and this situation made the humidity feel even more noticeable. The property provides a dehumidifier, which helps, but it is quite noisy and may be disturbing for light sleepers. Unfortunately, the room is also not very well insulated from outside noise. During the night, we could clearly hear traffic, motorcycles, and people outside, which affected the quality of sleep.

“Central location, great host!”
+The property was in a great location in the city. It was a short (and pleasant) walk to most attractions and restaurants etc. The property was modern enough, plenty of space within too. It’s definitely unique inside! The host was great, very helpful and friendly.
−It’s very noisy, being within the city centre and with no sound proofing. You get used to it and there are ear plugs provided.

+L’arredamento molto accogliente ed elegante. La disponibilità e gentilezza dell’host di adeguare le modalità di check-in e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima dell’orario stabilito. Mi è piaciuta anche la posizione molto strategica
−Un po’ di odore di umido che si risolve con il deumidificatore e il fatto che la stanza sia un primo piano in una strada abbastanza frequentata.

“¡Cuando la atención marca la diferencia!”
+La atención de Vicenzo, muy cálido, todo explicado perfectamente antes de tu llegada. Fácil entrada telemática. Creo que es el baño más cómodo y funcional en el que he estado. No usamos cocina, pero tenía una cafetera que parecía de mucha calidad!! Si quieres un lugar autentico, te lo recomiendo ;)
−Tal y como nos explico antes de llegar, es un lugar de piedra original, porosa. Y eso hace que el lugar sea húmedo. A mi no me molestaba mucho, a mi marido que estaba un poco constipado si le molestaba. Al ser un bajo, el ruido de los coches y motos es notable. Vicenzo te deja muy amablemente unos tapones en la mesita.

+Man war schnell an der Metro, moderne Einrichtung
−Da es sich um ein Gewölbekeller handelt ist die Luft sehr feucht und es muss permanent ein Raumentfeuchter laufen. Nachts ist es sehr laut, wenn die Roller vorbei fahren.

“Localización perfecta. Anfitrión genial. Ruido y Humedad.”
+La ubicación es espectacular. En menos de 10min andando estas en piazza Dante. Y de ahi te mueves andando a cualquier parte. El anfitrión está siempre disponible, ayuda, y nos llevó de vuelta al aeropuerto al mismo precio que un taxi. El baño es guay. Ojo! No hay cocina, es un microondas.
−La humedad es tremenda, hasta con el deshumidificador encendido todo el día. Sería necesario tener otra máquina mas, un calentador de toallas… La ropa no solo no se seca…se humedece. El ruido no depende de la casa, pero está. Es zona ruidosa. No creo que haya nada No-ruidoso en Napoli.
