−The shared bathroom had several drainage issues, which caused considerable inconvenience during our stay. The host initially seemed friendly, but ultimately blamed the guests for shortcomings in the accommodation. We also experienced an overbooking issue that forced us to change accommodation during our trip. The host lied about the reason for the room cancellation, blaming Booking.com’s customer service for the problem. The assistance provided by Booking.com’s customer service was the only reason the trip ultimately turned out to be a pleasant experience.

“Avoid this accommodation. Worst experience ever!”
−This was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was horrible. First of all, the host sent us instructions on how to collect the keys from the key box. We followed her instructions exactly as provided and entered the apartment, only to discover that the place was absolutely disgusting. The apartment was dirty, the bed linen was filthy, there were insects everywhere, and the condition of the toilet was simply unacceptable. The level of cleanliness was shocking, and we immediately felt uncomfortable staying there. Unfortunately, things got even worse later that evening. After going out for dinner in the city, we received a phone call from the host at around 11 PM. Instead of politely explaining the situation, she spoke to us in an extremely rude and aggressive manner, practically shouting at us and accusing us of taking the wrong room because we had apparently used the wrong key. We were genuinely confused and even started questioning ourselves, thinking we might have made a mistake. I went back through the messages and checked everything carefully, only to realize that we had followed her instructions exactly. The

−Das Zimmer ist ziemlich abgewohnt und die Umgebung ist laut. Es befindet sich direkt darunter ein Lokal, dass von 18:00 bis 03:00 geöffnet hat. Die meisten Gäste sind dann auf der Straße. Die Dusche ist schimmelig.
