“Our anniversary night stay.”
+The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We got a upgraded room and two complimentary drinks. We couldn't be happier.
−Self parking is a little pricey and sketchy security in the parking garage.

“Excellent location and great staff!”
+Perfect location for attending a concert at Chase Field. An easy walk and felt very safe. Property & rooms were clean and welcoming. I left my drivers license and they were amazing about reaching out and holding onto it until my son could pick it up.
−The bed/mattress was super uncomfortable.

“Good location, not good for a luxury type hotel if that's what you are looking for”
+Location was key with going to the sport events we came for. Customer service st front desk was really good.
−Pillows were uncomfortable and bed a little hard. Towels were rough and scratchy, exercise room needs a few more weights and weight lifting machines. Pool furniture would be better in another material besides metal. Got too hot and burned skin with the slightest touch. No spa

“Impressed”
+My wife and I stayed here for one night. We were going to a concert and this hotel was very close to the venue. My first time at a Hyatt hotel, (I have stayed at Hyatt resorts before). I was impressed. Very nice, clean, large guest rooms. Friendly staff. You can tell this hotel is a bit older, but not dated. It is close to many entertainment venues in downtown Phoenix. Sports, theaters, and restaurants. It was a 5 minute walk to the basketball arena, and about a 10 minute walk to the baseball field. We would definitely stay here again. Parking cost $36 for self park/ night or $46 for valet/ night.
