+Room was very clean. Parking lot adjacent to the hotel so no need of on the street parking. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, and river views

+The stairs were a bit of a challenge--we are not as young as we used to be. And we would have loved one chair at least in our room on the third floor but the whole place was neat and inviting. Wonderfully convenient location.

+It was a beautiful peaceful place with many dining options walking distance.

+Pretty property but NO services. No front desk and a very wonky check-in over the phone. No in room fridge, no ice machine, no charging ports on nightstands. Basic things one comes to expect from a new, modern place for $250/night.

“Gorgeous Victorian-style home”
+This was an amazing, gorgeous house with stunning decor and architecture. I had a restful weekend trip and the checking in/out process was so easy. I loved the walking distance to the main shops and restaurants in Hudson.

+Shout out to Christine for going above and beyond! We originally booked a room that happed to be on the 3rd floor. My husband got injured before we arrived and Christine was very helpful in arranging for us to move to the 1st floor as soon as the room became available. Housekeeping moved our luggage for us and the new room was a nice upgrade.

+They gave us the wrong room and we woke up another guest. It was not great. Also- the shower drain was clogged with a huge amount of nasty hair. I understand how hard it is to keep up when labor is limited. If it were me on the other end I would want to know. The staff was friendly and responsive

“Great except for difficulty with AC”
+Everything was great except for the AC. There was no AC remote, so we had to try to control the AC from the window unit itself. And it was a challenge trying to get it work properly.
