“Ok for a quick overnight stay, not a longer stay”
+it was close to the amusement park
−There were no toiletries, it was very outdated, the parking lot was tiny and parking was super hard.

+I was so upset, I couldn't enjoy anything about the room. I paid way too much for the nasty place. I didn't take any pictures of the room, but I wish I did since You All have a place to put them. I would have put them on here!
−The room was dirty. There was Filth on just about everything in the room. Also my husband left his keys in the room when we left. I called up there, because we were half way home, which is in Cleveland TN. The person that answered the phone, was very short with me, he wouldn't even go check in the room, which was only a few doors, down from the front desk. I will be back in Hershey PA next Friday, we will be going there, to ask them to check their lost and found. That is a lot of money having to replace the keys. I don't think the next guest, in that room would throw them away. So I hate to think that Your staff would do that.

“Me.”
+Location, decent price, friendly staff.
−I think they were understaffed. There was hair on my bed. Luckily lily there were 2 sheets. The breakfast was literally just bagels (old), no butter or cream cheese, stale cereal, a packets of oatmeal. I was told there would be fruit bit there was no fruit.

“A very terrible experience.”
+The parking was decent.
−I felt that hotel staff was trying to force me to upgrade to a bigger room when I didn't want to. I wasn't allowed to check-in due to a misunderstanding with the amount of people that would be with me in the room and the room capacity. I lost my booking due to this and I feel that is no way for a hotel to do business. I gave them my word and they didn't believe me. They just wanted to force me to upgrade to a bigger room. Just an awful experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
