“A lovely clean & modern hotel, with lots to see and do nearby.”
+A modern hotel with a large room & balcony overlooking restored historic locomotive works. Lots of shops, bars & places to eat a short walk away. Central Sydney & all the sights easily accessible via Redfern station, five-minutes away on foot.

“An absolute gem! Highly recommended!”
+This hotel looks brand new and is spotlessly clean. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the entire hotel is stylishly decorated. The location is excellent, with both the train and metro stations nearby, making it easy to reach Central Station in just a few minutes. The personal service from the staff is truly outstanding. I broke my ankle shortly before our arrival, and without us even having to ask, the staff offered us an adapted room. They were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They genuinely thought along with us and did everything they could to help!

“Great Stay at HOTELOCO -”
+Feels like a brand new hotel. Very clean, well laid out, and close (6-7 min walk) to the Redfren Metro station with connections to Sydney Harbour (Circular Quay). Also next door the a great development at the Lokomotive Museum.
−Nothing to complain about.

“Did not live up to the 9.1 rating”
−No staff after 7pm so if your safe batteries die there is no one with a masterkey to help you.If your air conditioning does not work, there is no one to troubleshoot the issue. After hours helpline does not help at all, tell you to wait until 7am the next morning which is poor service, especially for the price of a room on the weekend

“Height of convenience.”
+New fitout/renovation. Seamless check-in, all done remotely - if I didn't want to, I didn't have to interact with anyone. Everything went really smooth. The beds were very comfortable - which is a rarity. Its not cheap - but we did get a reasonably good deal. And such a quiet location, yet very close to city.
−The only issue is, the kettle was a bit dirty, and we couldn't get the dirt out even with boiling. Oh the doorcode is a bit long (but it really wasn't an issue for me, its more secure that way).
