+The hotel is family owned, and strategically located in the city.
−The bed linens and sheets in our room were unfortunately dirty, with stains and hair all around. The room was cold and the heating element seemed off. We notified the hotel through text messages, both on their private number and through booking, but we didn't receive any feedback from them. A short text back to acknowledge our communication would have done such a great difference. When we came back to the room, the heat was back on, that was great, but we didn't get a change of bedsheets as we suggested in our text. I believe that any hotel, regardless of the price range, should at least offer a bed where customers feel comfortable sleeping in, at most importantly, clean. It break my heart to write this to a family-owned hotel that we were so so happy to support, instead of a chain or bigger establishments in the city. A warm suggestion to work on this.

“You can have everything at a very good price! Go for it!!”
+The room was very spacious, clean and nice. It had pretty much everything, a space to chill, a desk, big wardrobe and a nice, clean and spacious bathroom. The highlight was the heated hanger for the towels in the bathroom and that you have access to a coffee machine for coffee and tea throughout the day. Nice location, pretty much close to everything and a very good balance between the services and the price.
−Breakfast was not extremely rich but it had all the basics which were more than enough. I would definitely choose to stay again if I happen to be in Vaxjo in the future.

“Excellent customer service upon request. Clean beds and bedding. Wonderful breakfast room that was nicely decorated with”
+It’s in a walkable location to downtown and public transportation. It was clean and modern. Nice beds. Small rooms but everything you needed was there.
−I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. The room key is also a smart key, which needed a little navigation to work. Maybe a heads up would have helped. I worked it out but needed some hints.

+Varmt rum, gick justera värmen själv. Sköna sängar. Rent och ombonat. Nära till stadscentrum. Gratis parkering inne på bakgården.
−Inga garderober och förvaringsfack på rummet. Ingen riktig toalettdörr, var otät skjutdörr utan lås
