+Room was beautiful and staff very good. Only issue is there was barely any hot water and the shower was broken - £1200 for a night I don’t expect to have to hold the shower heard over my head

“Lovely in places, terrible in others”
+The location was great, very central The servers at breakfast and in Dukes bar were fantastic. Lovely welcomes and very engaged when we use those areas
−Sadly, the reception staff were poor. A friend who had a room in my room entered their room (a Deluxe room) to find a bag of unidentified drugs and linked paraphernalia enclosed. Whilst it could have been minor, there were syringes present and at best case, the room was not cleaned down / prepared properly. I had also, months in advance booked my wife and 2 friends a massage. It was all confirmed on email and having reached out on the morning of the massage to advise I wanted the total bill sending to me, I was met with a response that essentially said ‘you didn’t confirm the confirmation we sent - so the experience were cancelled’. My emails to and from them clearly showed total confirmation so my suspicion is the massage slots were given to others. Anyway an email was composed and we moved on but whilst sat in reception waiting for friends to join us we heard and saw reception. Staff reading our my email in a very sarcastic manner - as if the whole episode was a joke to them. I was not very impressed.

“Hotel metido, más com atendimento medíocre”
+A localização é ótima.
