+The location was great, with both Euljiro-1-ga and Myeongdong train stations being easily accessible. Namsan was also within walking distance as well. Check-in was seamless and quick, requiring a 100,000 won deposit.
−There was ongoing construction right beside the hotel, lasting until the early hours in the morning. It could be heard despite me staying on the 10th floor, disrupting sleep. This was not mentioned upon booking of the hotel (although it could be out of the hotel's control).

“2nd Visit is a Charm”
+The staff were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. When our room didn't have a luggage rack, they were able to provide when they found one. Trash were picked up immediately when left outside our room early in the morning. When we Ieft a note outside our door asking for new towels and floor towel, they did oblige. There's free chamomile tea and my favorite Korean Maxim coffee at the Front desk. They helped us pin their location on our Uber app. The refrigerator was huge (not a mini-refrigerator). We loved the electric kettle, and full kitchen amenities. It's like our home away from home. The location of Hotel Vert was 100% the best in Myeongdong. Olive Young is literally in front of the hotel. There's a 24hour Korean restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. They serve excellent Korean meals.

+Location was great. Near bus stop for airport limousine bus and central to the Myeongdong shopping area. Subway is also a 5min walk away. There’s also a coin operated laundromat within the hotel.
−Though the cleaning policy stated that the bed linen will be changed every three days for extended stay, during my stay, the bed sheets were not changed.

“Hotel Vert - wish I were there!”
+I stayed 5 nights in Hotel Vert and it became my home away from home! Wonderful view from the floor-to-ceiling picture window, excellent amenities, kitchenette and large fridge/freezer, laundry room, friendly & helpful staff, perfect location in Myeongdong - across from Lotte, nearby bus stops/subway stations, and a few streets from the night market!
