“Lovely clean family run hotel with wonderful staff - would recommend for couples or small families”
+Really wonderful, friendly & helpful staff - they are the stars of the hotel :-) Spotlessly clean hotel in a beautiful old apartment block so gorgeous marble stairs & floors in main building plus I loved the old style elevator. My room was a lovely & clean - nice large bed with crisp white sheets & plenty of towels. Hairdryer, shampo & shower gel supplied. Small fridge in the room plus a kettle to make instant tea coffee (although had search the breakfast buffet to find ordinary breakfast teabags plus there was no milk provided in the rooms) AirCon & fan in the room. Breakfast was small, continental style but nice
−Overall a wonderful hotel but some quirks that might not suit all? As a solo female traveller I felt the hotel was in a too quiet an area and along a very dimly lit street - this was especially true after dark - I walked back alone after meeting friends for dinner (approx 10:30pm) and the area near the hotel felt deserted plus so dark in sections that I could barely see the footpath - I was quite nervous walking alone. Usually i aim to stay in hotels where there is some 'life' around them at night and it feels safer. I loved the hotel but some might find the trek from the main reception area to the bedrooms (through a door into a large stairwell, up 3 floors in the lift, come out onto a landing where there are private apartments I think, through a security door to the bedroom area using your swipe card, then a short walk to your room and use the swipe again to get in to your room) Its a bit of a distance if the swipe card does not work or if you need to go get a drinking glass as none provided in the room. Also for me breakfast was lovely and enough but I know of my husband was with me he would find it a little small.

+My stay at this hotel was wonderful and memorable. The facilities were clean and comfortable, the bed was cosy, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Roberto and Ahmad, who were always kind, responsive, and ready to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is strategically located, within easy walking distance of major attractions such as the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, Piazza Venezia, Vittoriano, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Spanish Steps. You can explore these landmarks without needing transportation. Shopping enthusiasts will also love the location, as the hotel is not too far to the popular Via del Corso, with easy access to metro stations and bus stops. Highly recommended!

“Excellent staff, very responsive to your needs, and speak English. And nice rooms.”
+The breakfast is served in the bar area and is really just pasty a small selection of whole fresh fruit and a small selection of meats and cheeses. However the coffee was excellent. And there are no nearby coffee shops of cafes. The closest eating places are about a 15 minute walk away.
−I wish they had a fuller breakfast buffet. And this location is both a hotel and apartments. It is a little bit of a maze to find your room. And a little far from the sites, but close to public transit.

+Hôtel très bien situé à Rome, avec un établissement sérieux et un personnel particulièrement accueillant, coopératif et serviable. À notre arrivée, la personne à la réception nous a fait un briefing très utile, qui nous a permis de mieux organiser notre séjour. Nous avons également apprécié les efforts du personnel pour communiquer en anglais et même en français, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et copieux, avec un café délicieux. Les nuits étaient calmes et la chambre confortable. Seul petit bémol, la literie est forcément différente de celle que l’on a chez soi, mais il est toujours délicat de s’adapter à un nouveau couchage. Une très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble, grâce notamment à la qualité de l’accueil et à la disponibilité du personnel.

+Personnel trés agréable. Nous avons apprécié l'effort du personnel pour nous parler un minimum français. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Bons conseils pour les visites, les moyens de transport, restaurants... Chambre au top, nettoyée et lit fait chaque jour. Emplacement proche du Colisée, proche métro, bus... Nous retenons l'adresse pour une prochaine visite.

“Отличное место прибывания”
+Очень вежливый персонал, подсказали куда сходить поесть где действительно было вкусно. Нам улучшили номер потому что была такая возможность. В комнате чисто, полотенца Белоснежные, есть одноразовые гели и мыло, чай кофе. ежедневный рум сервис, меняют полотенца застилают постель. Но кстати видели дважды тараканов, что странно так как в комнате было очень чисто. Завтраки были достаточными, расположение удобное, можно быстро добраться до основных достопримечательностей. Мы довольны своим пребыванием здесь. Вернулись бы снова
