+The main problem is they have central cooling and they control the thermostat so the AC is not really controlled in the room. They turned it off in the middle of the night which caused me to wake up multiple times through out the night even when the night low was 29c. They are trying to save a buck at the discomfort of their clients even when there is a record heat wave. Shame on you Secondly, upon check in they tried to double charge me for the room. The front desk lady was extremely insistant that she was not trying to double charge me. I explained, I paid through Expedia showed the payments and the front desk girl still argued about it with me and threated to get the manager. Overall, it was a very poor experience and I would not recommend staying here.
