“A very unpleasant stay. We couldn't wait to leave and have no intention of ever returning.”
+Only good thing was the free parking and the breakfast with all you can drink coffee.
−The room had an unpleasant smell, like rotten meat or sewage coming from the pipes. Guests in the neighboring room were smoking, and the smoke was coming into our room. We reported the issue to the receptionist, but she did nothing to address it. This was particularly unacceptable given the numerous no-smoking signs throughout the hotel and the stated €100 penalty for smoking in guest rooms. On top of that, dogs around the hotel barked throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep, and we could not open the window for fresh air. To make matters worse, both the pool and the sauna were out of service. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and far below our expectations.

“It was okay, could be much better.”
+The location was good, reasonable distance from the city center, most of the staff were good and very friendly and helpful. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good as well
−The bathroom in the room is not a good idea for couples. The toilet is by the barely covered glass door, everything can be seen and heard. Not the best design idea. There were no amenities (shampoo, conditioner, single roll of toilet paper which was never replaced by staff). The mini fridge was not stocked with a single thing even though the prices of it were reasonable. There was no water in the room, we had to buy bottles from outside. The big shower that is overhead was broken and couldn’t be used.
