“Stay at your own risk”
+Nothing
−It's right besides a train track and sound proofing is not there. Constant noise throughout the night. Bed are pathetic and totally uncomfortable. You have to drag your luggage 2 floors without lift. Staff is hardly present for anything. It took us 5 calls to get room heater fixed after 24 hours. I don't know who has rated it so far but on a scale of 10, I would rate it 3. It's pathetic. Location night look good in map but don't fall for that, you can't be sleeping on a train track. You can rather sleep inside a train as its own sound has a rhythm and not disturbing but for someone in close vicinity, you can't sleep.

“Convenient stay in a handy location”
+The room was clean and even though it is above a club/ bar and I was staying there on a Saturday night there was hardly any noise that came through to the room.
−The proximity to Golders Green tube station is a plus and a minus. It makes it easy to get to but there is some train noise.

+The location is perfect, the staff are soooo friendly and helpful. The room was also massive compared to usual London hotel rooms.

“Great, very affordable stay”
+Great location, a few min walk from the tube station Room was pretty big, had a mini fridge and safe The woman on reception (I think the owner) was very friendly Very very affordable, especially for a bank holiday weekend
−A fair bit of noise from the street, can't be helped really with the location The hot tap in the bathroom got extremely hot, and the cold tap was also fairly warm, so had to use the mini fridge to cool down water.

+Very good location. The triple room was quite big. Clean and comfortable bed
−The advantage is also the disadvantage- if you are sensitive to sound- you can hear the tube..

“Very convenient for Golders Green station, shops, restaurants and crematorium, but a bit noisy.”
+Very convenient for shops, restaurants, and in our case crematorium. Very comfy beds.
−Next to main road and railway, trains go all night, but not that noisy, had decent sleeps.
