“Very poor three star the most I will give this hotel is one star”
+The hotel room was good but we have ask for some facilities in the room and we have the power cuts no much stuff to see as this hotel closes at 7 o’clock at night after that people could come and go with it. Door passcode very noisy as they come in and very loud while walking above your room. I did complain but it was not much appreciated. I will not say in this hotel again.
−This hotel provides very little facilities very bad breakfast for the money we paid not very good stuff friendly very very basic for breakfast definitely not the one I was called a hotel very expensive for the money we paid no facilities at all except a jug of water

+Great staff, clean place, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
−The location is a bit far from the historic sites. Although it doesn’t look too far on the map, the limited public transportation makes getting there take quite a long time.

“5% discount my arse.”
+Nothing. Poor customer service. Could not stay due to illness. Offered a 5% discount as an alternative. No support even when we asked to reschedule our booking. Will not be rebooking for our rescheduled trip. Dont waste your time and effort paying up front. It gives you nothing.
−Everything. Customer service what pure shite.
